Not told dh yet, but I thought it would be nice to arrange a little Mumsnet meet-up whilst I'm back. Also cause some people in that area couldn't make the Christmas London meet-up. So YorkieGirl, Amanda1, Janh, Tinker and others, do you fancy it or what?

Manchester would be better for me as I can get the train there. Although I could make Liverpool too, it just means getting 2 trains instead of one. So who else wants to come then?

Sunday could be match day, they play all the bloody time.

Howdo, found you all here. I would love to come too. I was at uni in Manchester many moons ago, and haven't had a proper visit since (done Trafford Centre, but that doesn't count).

Wetherspoons in Manchester told me that children are welcome but not on Match Days (i.e. when the 2 big Manchester clubs are playing at home) because of Security reasons. Apparently that is echoed throughout nearly all of the pubs in central Manchester.

Won't it be a bit pathetic if the 'meet-up' consists of just 3 MNers ? (That's assuming I can make it)

My goodness, just read through the last meet-up I went to and it brought back all kinds of memories! We were organising it whilst I was pg with ds, then I sprogged ds (it's weird reading my posts the day before I sprogged!), then 6 weeks after we had our eventful meet-up!

Shame Lilibet can't come , hope you can make it though Tinker, if I could manage with a 6 wk old then so can you! (good memories of 'milking' myself in the toilets of Moon and Janh letting slip to everyone what I'd been doing!
