Another N West London attempt, but more Watford than NWLondon!

Hi girls

I live in Pinner and Janstar and Bobsmum are up for a meet-up and we're hoping to rope in Alibubbles cos she's not to far away either.
Juno, Dot, Kayleigh, LisaLisa and anyone else that can get to Watford(ish) without driving all day and night - do you want to try and meet in Watford-ish area? I'm going to do some re-search into a good place to go. I'm sure there's an activity centre with coffee tables round the sides for us. Will get back to you on that, meanwhile - who's up for having a quick cuddle of each others kids??!!

I'm definitely up for that although I might have to be a little late as I'm possibly looking after a friend's dd - nothing certain yet though - so count me in.

Plus as ds is now officially walking as of yesterday he'll really be able to enjoy himself now!

Thanks Janstart for getting back to me, I was beginning to feel quite isolated.
So your all meeting on the 27th at Bushey, is that the Lincolnsfield Centre?
Your'll have to excuse me if I seem a bit dim when it comes to knowing certain venues as I don't orginally come from this area and it doesn't help with all the 'blonde moments' I have.
I start work early afternoon but would love to meet up so I can get there at 11am.
How would I know who you all are?

Yes, Lincolnsfield Centre. I haven't been there before either. I won't be there till 12.15 so it isn't much use describing me. Karen99 is young, slim and pretty with a baby who would be, what? 7-8 months old Karen? and she will be looking out. We really should have little badges or something, it would be a little fundraiser for mumsnet too.

I wouldn't worry too much about how we recognise each other. It seems to work out okay, it'll be the people looking at you with that 'is it you?' look on their faces

Janstar! you flatter me! it's all lies of course! I'm the one that looks like she's been dragged through a hedge backwards and slumps over to the left due to very heavy 7.5mo ds!

Once you're able to find the building (it's right round the one way circuit here ) we should be able to meet just inside. My ds will be wearing a blue/green/yellow fleece hat if that helps and has major chubby cheeks!

I'm v short, short dark hair and Scottish - kinda obvious really - the bobster is blonde and gorgeous IMO

Hi, just back from skiing this weekend, left DD and DS behind. Fereling a bit rough as I went to the Middlesex hospital today and they made loads of holes in my arms they couldn't get a ventiflow thingy in and when she did, got a spurter! I had a CT scan.

Hope to be there some time after 12 noon.

Just seen this.
Debating if I can change DS's playgroup to a Thurs that week - if I can I'll be there at 11ish. Otherwise later
Won't know until next week though as its half term.
I'll need directions as I'm coming from Ealing and have never been to Bushy

Aargh...keep getting my dates muddled up. I thought the 27th was this week for some reason. But of course it is next week and it is not half-term so I shall in fact be there at about 12.15. With dh in tow if you can excuse a man (he's very docile).
