So after the indulgences of Christmas and a pretty lax diet since my 30th in May
i’m going to be restarting the Keto WOE from the 2nd January. It’s the best plan for me and really helps with my IBD which is such a blessing. Tried slimming world but carbs just bloat me and the low fat left me feeling hungry.
I’ve got three weddings this year, a trip to Naples in March, Marbella in May and Paris in June, I would like to lose maybe a stone or a stone and a half to feel at my best.
I’ve got my macros calculated and the food shop has been done with lots of meat, cheese, veg and butter! If anyone would like to join me i’ll be posting my food and exercise
