Strict Keto

So after the indulgences of Christmas and a pretty lax diet since my 30th in May i’m going to be restarting the Keto WOE from the 2nd January. It’s the best plan for me and really helps with my IBD which is such a blessing. Tried slimming world but carbs just bloat me and the low fat left me feeling hungry.

I’ve got three weddings this year, a trip to Naples in March, Marbella in May and Paris in June, I would like to lose maybe a stone or a stone and a half to feel at my best.

I’ve got my macros calculated and the food shop has been done with lots of meat, cheese, veg and butter! If anyone would like to join me i’ll be posting my food and exercise

I've eaten today, scrambled eggs & salmon, roasted pork & broccoli and a couple of coffees with cream.
I'm gonna have jelly & cream as a treat.
I defo don't want to fall into the habit of drinking fizzy drinks but it's nice to know it's all option. I'm 156 pounds as of today & I'm going to weigh myself once a week.

I've lost 9lb so far, and that's with having a fair few cheat days.

We are going away for the week so are planning on going off Keto for the week. Will be starting back next Wednesday with a new intensity of everyone is still going with it?

I hope you don't but I'm watching this thread with interest as you guys have given me some really good meal ideas. I'm starting today and very nervous as I never stick to anything but have lost weight low carbing in the past. Wish me luck!
