For one month only - 4 weeks of strict Bootcamp, which means no booze.

If you want to, you can do Bootcamp Light, but with the exception of no alcohol.

All welcome! But please, only sign up if you are prepared to do the whole thing without alcohol.

Thanks BIWI. I'm up for this - will probably join from the second week of Jan due to travelling. I'm looking forward to getting back on the LCHF wagon!

Whicker · 27/12/2023 07:16

Yes please! Can’t wait. Is it a 1 Jan start? If so, I might need to be a few days late to join as well. But I am really looking forward to it and grateful it’s on.

Goodiewhemper · 27/12/2023 07:31

Yes please BIWI. I fear some damage has been done over the past two weeks and I think a good hard reset is needed!

Mamma1982 · 27/12/2023 07:47

Yes please I'm definitely up for this!

magneticmoon · 27/12/2023 07:49

Yes please!

StiggyZardust · 27/12/2023 07:51

Sign me up!

Queenelsarules · 27/12/2023 07:55

Me please. I've already decided that I needed to do this, I did fast 800 a fee years ago and I felt so well but was unable to sustain it. I'm bordering on pre diabetic, menopausal and totally lost to sugar addiction. I am determined to dig myself out of this hole but I know I will need support.

ChequerboardCharlie · 27/12/2023 08:04

Yes please!

Gingerwarthog · 27/12/2023 08:10

Yes please!

allthecoffee100 · 27/12/2023 08:13

I'm in! Is it 1st Jan start?

HouseNoMore · 27/12/2023 08:25

I'm I'm 💪🏼

MyShinyThing · 27/12/2023 08:31

I was already planning on going back to LCHF from January so more than happy to do it with no alcohol. I'm feeling horribly bloated, sluggish and foggy since going back to eating sugar. Thank you for this BIWI, hope you had a fab Christmas.

Leedsmum27 · 27/12/2023 08:31

Yes please

Magnolia82 · 27/12/2023 10:16

Yes please

BIWIshYouAMerryChristmas · 27/12/2023 11:00

Oh hurrah! I wondered if I was going to be doing this on my own!

Very glad to have you all on board.

The plan is to start straight away on 1 January, which falls nice and neatly on a Monday. Because diets start on a Monday, don't they?!

Very happy for people to start late (or I suppose - grudging - to finish early). But really, it's a four week challenge, so hopefully we can keep it alcohol-free.

@BIWIshYouAMerryChristmas can you remind me what the boot camp rules are? Think I would be interested in joining. Thanks

I'm in. I lost a stone in 2020 but it crept back on and my wine intake has doubled since then.

Gingerwarthog · 27/12/2023 12:06

Thanks for this @BIWIshYouAMerryChristmas
Something to keep me accountable - very welcome.
Happiest at 65kg (174 cm tall) but this has sneaked up to 67kg. Might not sound like a lot to lose but it's become somehow incredibly difficult to lose 2kg.

Thesoundofmusic23 · 27/12/2023 12:16

Oooh thanks - looks great - count me in. Might have to start on the second though.

LowCarbingIn2024 · 27/12/2023 12:50

Hello @BIWIshYouAMerryChristmas
Festive UN!

May I join, please?

Like others, I'll start a few days late, but planning a week detox starting around the 3rd

HazelNotHungryLC · 27/12/2023 16:21

I'm in! I let my family know last night that I'll be doing dry January (I will start Jan 2nd though) so I'll be held accountable at home too!
Eating LC is a way of life for me, other than this past week! It'll be good to be back on track.
Thank you for doing this @BIWIshYouAMerryChristmas

BIWI · 27/12/2023 16:23

Have ditched the festive name for this year!

What does the detox involve @LowCarbingIn2024?

I've done the same @HazelNotHungryLC - it's much harder to cheat once you've told everyone what you're doing!

HazelNotHungryLC · 27/12/2023 16:25

The best part about it is my FIL also decided to do dry January with me!
