This Bootcamp has gone crazy! I'm very hopeful that means that the results on the scales/with the tape measure etc will have been positive.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I love this week. For so many, it's a total vindication as well as complete reassurance that this WOE really works!

I hope, very much, that the scales are kind to you and look forward to hearing everyone's progress.

Looking forward to weighing in tomorrow morning

oscarandelliesdad · 25/01/2021 04:19

Checking in early. The celeriac recipe was lovely, thanks guys.
Also excited to weigh... Tummy definitely feeling more concave. Bloody insomnia.

ListenLinda · 25/01/2021 05:38

Checking in with a 5lb loss, the most I have ever lost in the first week!
The scales yesterday were showing 4lb so that extra water must of done the trick!

PseudoBadger · 25/01/2021 07:00

Morning everyone. Had fish stew last night from feastwithoutregret.wordpress.com/ - when I get a chance I will add it to the recipe thread. Will weigh in shortly

ouchmyfeet · 25/01/2021 07:09

Morning all! Thrilled with a 7lb loss. I know it won't continue at that rate but it's a great first week boost for me.

Have a good Monday bootcampers Smile

Bestbees · 25/01/2021 07:15

Just checking into the new thread.

Stayed the same weight which is disappointing, but I started early so had already lost that initial whoosh. 9.12 but aing for 9.7. Will need to restrict dairy I imagine as I find that easy to over do. Going to try 16:8 too.
Plan for today
Fast until 10 and the boiled eggs if needed
Lunch salmon, mayo, salad with dressing
Dinner tofu stirfry.
Lots of water and herbal tea.

Good luck everyone. Looking forward to hearing all your great losses. Smile

Elpheba · 25/01/2021 07:16

End of week 2 for me and “just” 1.5lb down, BUT I’m not demoralised. I know I need to drink more but think the slow scales is because it’s time of the month for me so I’m going to keep on keeping on, and try to drink more water this week.
Well done to the great losses so far!

oscarandelliesdad · 25/01/2021 07:25

Chuffed with 3.9 loss this week! Feeling much more energised on this woe despite a crappy nights sleep. Have a great day everyone

ZiggZagg · 25/01/2021 07:33

Stayed the same, bit disappointed but KOKO! Since 30.12 I've lost 7lb so all hope is not lost!

BrassicaBabe · 25/01/2021 07:33

Place marking.

Does anyone else go to bed hoping they can wee 4lb by morning?!Hmm

plumstone · 25/01/2021 07:34

Morning All - completely mental weekend and as a result I am in London - very long story far to boring to dwell on, but the hotel is doing room service and I had an amazing green salad last night, with lots of olive oil and a roasted salmon fillet - had to take two menu options and then combine. Breakfast is served in the room - greek yogart, bacon, fried eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. Hopefully I can get something LCHF appropriate for lunch. and will then just repeat the salmon and salad for dinner.

Anywho before getting on a plane I did weigh and am 12.12 - can someone update the spreadsheet please.

maybe a bit AWOL till Wednesday when I am back north!!

KOKO!

plumstone · 25/01/2021 07:35

I am also a lb down - which I'm happy with - life got super stressed from Friday with work shit and water went completely out the window for the last two days - Have purchased a 2lt bottle and will be back on it from today!!

Lyrata · 25/01/2021 07:42

I was unsure if I would lose this week as I’ve been very stressed, and I’m 5 months in and quite close to my goal. But I did! I lost 2lbs which makes me 9 stone 7 (andaquarter) which I’m really, really pleased with. My waist is also now comfortably under 26 inches. Delighted.

Doilooklikeatourist · 25/01/2021 07:46

Ruddy scales need a new battery !
Luckily I did a sneaky pre weigh on Saturday , so I'm going with that
2 lb down , and I'm back at the top of the 11 stone mark

AthelstaneTheUnready · 25/01/2021 07:50

Hoorah for the losses!

I'm down 2lbs, which I'm very pleased about as normally my weight just goes up and up for ages after I give up smoking.

AthelstaneTheUnready · 25/01/2021 07:51

You're on @plumstone

plumstone · 25/01/2021 07:53

@AthelstaneTheUnready cheers!

Dailyhandtowelwash · 25/01/2021 07:54

We’ll done, all the losers!

I am now 2lbs lighter than my original weight but lost 6.5 in all, coming back from last weekend’s carbiness. So this week ahead is my first week of total proper loss to come (I hope) and I need to get into the 11s.

poorbuthappy · 25/01/2021 07:58

2lb off for me which is good considering I'm doing lite rather than the strict.
Firmly back in the 10s.
Hope everyone has a fab weigh day!

Onelittlepiglet · 25/01/2021 07:58

Well done to those who have lost!

Sadly no loss here - stayed the same as last week. I’m technically 3.5 weeks in as I started on 1 jan, and I’m on my period so hoping it is just these things combined, but I’m a bit sad as I’ve stuck to the rules and not cheated at all.

Fingers crossed for a better week.

DulcetMoans · 25/01/2021 08:10

Morning! Fabulous seeing all the losses and, more importantly, the positivity!! I'm going to weigh in shortly, after I've fed the baby. Every little helps!

EarlGreyHot · 25/01/2021 08:13

2lbs off. Very pleased as I started on 4th Jan so have had a 4lb loss first week, then 0.5lb last week so I'm feeling well on track now.

Well done to everyone who lost and to anyone who is disappointed KOKO and perhaps think about taking some pics or doing your measurements. Are you sleeping better, more alert in the afternoon or feeling the benefits in some other way? Lots of positives to take away from this WOE

VeryLittleOwl · 25/01/2021 08:17

3lbs off here, 2.4 of them in the last 48 hours as a result of a hormonal whoosh. 10st 8.4lbs, which is 0.2lbs less than the lowest weight I got to at the end of the last Boot Camp. Another pound and I'll have lost 10% of my starting weight, but this week's mini-milestone is getting my BMI under 25.

BIWI · 25/01/2021 08:19

Don't be sad! Remember that weeks 3 & 4 are notorious for little or no loss or sometimes even a gain. If you've not cheated, then things will get going again for you soon. Flowers

Morning all!

Well done- hoping to see some first week losses/squeals of delight Grin

I'm not weighing, but I've lost an inch from my waist, so am thrilled with that.

Definitely suffering from an attack of the can't-be-arseds, work-wise. Is it a recognised symptom?
