This Bootcamp has gone crazy! I'm very hopeful that means that the results on the scales/with the tape measure etc will have been positive.

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I love this week. For so many, it's a total vindication as well as complete reassurance that this WOE really works!

I hope, very much, that the scales are kind to you and look forward to hearing everyone's progress.

In fact, @LittleMy77, back when I still used to eat breakfast, I used to find leftover curries eaten cold a very palatable breakfast. Also sometimes other leftovers like Mexican chicken. Perhaps a shakshuka-style breakfast would suit better?

Or, once the two weeks are up, you can just skip breakfast altogether if it doesn’t appeal...when I’m lowcarbing I very rarely have anything to eat before 1 or 2 pm.
@Paisleycountry1985 that's fantastic, well done

My 6.5ft 14yo son was 6lb 10 and my normal height (but slightly plump) 9yo was 10lb 10. TMI but I blame him for even super plus extra tampons falling out 😳
I’m sorry for...wait for it...your loss.

Well I have picked the bit of my graph I'm most happy with to show you all!
It's an app but its connected to my scales. Feelfit. The scales were £23 on amazon let me know if anyone wants the link.

BrassicaBabe · 25/01/2021 13:05

Show us the whole graph from when you started recently. Go on Grin I bet the overall trend is down. Smile

BrassicaBabe · 25/01/2021 13:07

If it helps. Here's mine for January 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Yet more congratulations to successful losers, and sympathies for those who aren't seeing what they want. Those wooshes are always worth the wait, but the wait can be really depressing.

Lunch: broccoli, courgette, stilton, garlic and cream soup, with chopped mushrooms fried in butter, and bits of fried bacon.

I put on 1lb from yesterday to today. Probably a random fluctuation but I drank a bit less, so upping the water again today.

Oneborneverydecade · 25/01/2021 13:23

@ShagMeRiggins I do own a mooncup, I should probably use it to feel the benefit Grin

@pinkpinkeverywhere

Forgot to say, my coat wasn't tight when I put it on this morning to trudge through the snow Grin
Love this.

Just discovered how to make cheese crisps which are fab with soup. I used a hard salty cheese which is like a cross between Parmesan and cheddar. I cut thin slices then fried in a dry frying pan until they bubbled and started to go brown. Then I used a knife to peel them off the pan and leave to cool. They worked really well! Photo attached - they look weird but taste great.

Congratulations to the losers and the koko’ers. I like to weigh throughout the week eggy18, same thought process as poorbuthappy.

I’m in Derbyshire too nowlook!

Ninkanink · 25/01/2021 13:34

You can do those in the oven too. Or you can ‘pop’ babybels in the microwave!

MrsTaytodarling · 25/01/2021 13:37

Day 1 today, can I join in?

nowlook · 25/01/2021 13:46

I know! You say that every time @Rshard! Grin Grin

nowlook · 25/01/2021 13:49

@MrsTaytodarling Welcome! You can sit next to me if you like. Have you read the rules? You'll find them in the spreadsheet.

MrsTaytodarling · 25/01/2021 13:52

I have! Loving this already Grin

BIWI · 25/01/2021 13:52

Of course you can @MrsTaytodarling! Jump on to the spreadsheet and add your name to the bottom (don't add anything else, no comments, and DON'T TOUCH THE BLUE COLUMNS!)

Congratulations to all the losers! It’s funny to celebrate losses 😁.

I am weighing-in tomorrow as my last official weigh-in was on Tuesday. I am cautiously optimistic as I weighed myself after my interview jacket felt loser on Thursday. I weighed 0.9 pounds less. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow.

I am also going to reduce the dairy a bit to see if I can accelerate the weight loss by eating more olive oil, avocado and butter instead of cream and yoghurt.

Today’s meals:

B: Heck sausage and one egg
L: vegetables and meat balls stew with a salad dressed with olive oil
D: the meat balls with cauliflower rice if I have time to make it or salad

This was the first day I’ve not wanted to snack at all and I’ve had 750 mls of electrolyte infused water.

DataColour · 25/01/2021 13:57

This thread is moving so fast! It's taken me ages to catch up. I haven't weighed myself this morning as I forgot, woke up late and kids rushing to start homeschooling, breakfast to be made etc etc. I drank the tea that DH brought up for me and then it wasnt' worth weighing as I've drunk all that liquid!

Well done to everybody and some great losses!!

I've fallen off the wagon a bit last night. Felt very hungry and couldn't face any of the allowed food, so had a big spoonful of peanut butter (no sugar or salt added). I know it's probably set me back now. Otherwise the weekend was ok. I went running a couple of times too, probably why I was ravenously hungry last night.
Today's menu:
B:Boiled eggs with butter
L:Cauliflower soup topped with feta and chorizo
D: planning to have omlette with veg on the side.
I can't seem to handle eating a lot of cream and cheese, just can't face it. I've started adding almond milk instead to teas and coffees and not adding in extra cream to things...although butter is palatable still. It's such a different way of eating for me. I guess my progress will be slower.

NiceLegsShameAboutTheFace · 25/01/2021 14:13

Weighed in his morning and I'm 2lbs down. I'm really happy with that. I haven't got an awful lot left to lose and so 2lb a week is great for me.

I've had a bottle of Diet coke today; bit naughty but I've been at the hospital today and so I felt like a little treat. I managed to resist the crisps and sandwich combo though Halo

I'm enjoying reading everyone else's stories Smile

DulcetMoans · 25/01/2021 14:15

CHEESE CRISPS! I am in! Need to do some shopping really.

@Paisleycountry1985 @pinkpinkeverywhere - you lost the equivalent of the babies we are talking about! haha.

Bestbees · 25/01/2021 14:21

So many great losses, well done!

Managed until just after 10 and then had to eat as was hungry, but still progress in terms of getting a fasting window in.

Like you@Bumbledee I need to reduce the dairy I think.
Thank you everyone for the stirfry support. I usually have sesame oil in but have run out so will have to be plenty of olive oil to cook the tofu and will add it to the shopping list.

@Onelittlepiglet those cheese crisps sound great Grin

Welcome @MrsTaytodarling

nowlook · 25/01/2021 14:31

Is there a German word for wanting to be properly snowed-in on account of having an unusually well-stocked pantry? Or hoping a neighbour will pop round in desperation because they're missing an ingredient?

"Total long shot, nowlook, but don't suppose you have any coriander?"

(after faux pondering) "No problem. Fresh or frozen? And are you ok for radishes?"

MrsTaytodarling · 25/01/2021 14:35

Portion sizes? Should it be small portions? I'm a fan of a big dinner
