This is the full list of those who have signed up. Hopefully you're all on The Spreadsheet of Fabulousness (unless you said you didn't want to be!

Remember, weighing in tomorrow is not part of this week, although if you want to, you can put your weight in the 'original start date/weight' columns

Thanks must go, as always, to the very lovely @AthelstaneTheUnready for setting up the spreadsheet. You'll see this time that we've amended it slightly so that you can record loss for this Bootcamp as well as since you started, for those of you who started earlier.

If your name isn't on the spreadsheet, don't panic! Just add it to the bottom of the list. Don't try to insert it in the right alphabetical place - Athelstane will do that later.

If you are on the spreadsheet, but don't want to be, send me or Athelstane a PM and we'll remove you.

Whatever you do, don't touch the blue cells!

If you're using a mobile to access the spreadsheet, you'll need to download the Google Sheets app.

Today's food:
B: scrambled egg and sausage
L: Greek yoghurt with vanilla extract and double cream
D: pulled pork (that's been slow cooking all day) fajitas in lettuce cups instead of wraps + guac and sour cream

plumstone · 16/01/2021 18:16

Today has been good:

B - Greek yogurt
L - two egg scramble, smoked salmon, avocado and baby spinach drizzled with olive oil
D - Turkey abbé mushroom stroganoff with broccoli
W- 4 litres done and a coffee

Cleaned and did laundry. Now sitting on the sofa binging Gilmore Girls - really want wine!!!!

ZiggZagg · 16/01/2021 18:46

I've been a domestic goddess today Grin

Decided to have IPD Moussaka for dinner and it is lush 🤤

Wow I have no idea how I just did what I did.........
Instead of the Nutella cheesecake my family has been munching around me I had the frozen rasberries with double cream.
OK I felt slightly jealpus not gonna lie, but i enjoyed mine to the point I haven't even licked a spoon.

Iamnotacerealkiller · 16/01/2021 19:36

The raspberry cream was my creation, great isn't it!

Feels very dessert like and endulgent.

For those who have done the kale chips, would you say they are sharp to eat? I cant eat anything hard or sharp while my mouth is healing (e.g. nut or crisps) but i've been meaning to try these for ages so might add them to my online order if they are ok.

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 16/01/2021 19:47

The kale crisps are less sharp than potato crisps, I think? If you've ever had crispy seaweed from the Chinese - similar texture.

Motivateinmotion · 16/01/2021 20:06

Have fallen off the wagon for a second day (but the Ferraro Roche are now gone) so looking forward to getting back on track in the morning. I like to batch cook where poss as it’s just me doing this WOE so means I don’t have to cook from scratch each day. I’ve bought a whole chicken to cook tomorrow so does anyone have any ideas of what to do with the left overs?
Tomorrow’s dinner will be roast chicken with spring greens. Anyone have any LC gravy recipes? (I’m a novice cook).

Plan to use leftover children to make chicken/bacon/Mayo and maybe a chicken curry? I’d love to make a bone broth but I’ve never made anything like that before.

MrsHuntGeneNotJeremyObviously · 16/01/2021 20:10

Dh's work sent a belated Christmas hamper the other day, so it's been hard here. Glad this week was the easing in one! Lovely thought but not at all conducive to my diet!

Am pleased to have resisted a gin and tonic both yesterday and today.
Today's food - bacon, 10 cal jelly and cream.
Chunk of smoked cheddar.
Avocado, a few sun-dried tomatoes, 6 cherry tomatoes, feta and ham.
I also did that thing of melting dark choc in cream to make a hot choc shot. Wasn't keen though - I don't think I like drinking cream.
Yesterday was better food wise. Today was too dairy heavy again and not enough green veg.

DataColour · 16/01/2021 20:53

Thanks for the Greek yoghurt tips! I found that Morrisons have an own brand one at 4% fat which I purchased.

Lunch was Brussel sprout soup with some grated cheddar and fried bits of chorizo. Plus Greek yoghurt with cinnamon.
Dinner was Korean BBQ style chicken tray bake which includes spinach, pumpkin, peppers. Used some miso and gochugang paste, bit carby but only used a couple of teaspoons between 4 people. Served with coconut cauliflower rice.
Might have some more yoghurt and cinnamon later.
Resisted the pineapple upside down cake I made for pudding for the rest of the family 😃

ListenLinda · 16/01/2021 20:58

I’m struggling for breakfast ideas for next week. I’m a fruit (mainly berries & red grapes) kind of girl with yoghurt.

What kind of things do you all have?

DataColour · 16/01/2021 21:00

Oh and I had a glass of cold almond milk, which I find to be a nice drink with no carbs!

LittleMy77 · 16/01/2021 21:06

I know I should know (sorry!) and it’s prob glaringly obvious, but what’s the rules on beans - chickpeas, kidney beans etc.

I’m assuming avoid in first two weeks and then minimal?

DulcetMoans · 16/01/2021 21:19

Loving the fajita idea, thank you. Are there more slow cooker things? Find slow cooker handy.

Is this OK, it's my dinner. Not sure what it's a thing but it's chicken, mushrooms, broccali, pepper in a garlic mustard cream (double cream). Any naughties in there? Still learning.

PastramiNoRye · 16/01/2021 21:22

@DataColour

Oh and I had a glass of cold almond milk, which I find to be a nice drink with no carbs!
I thought almond milk did have carbs?
MrsOmelette · 16/01/2021 21:32

Today has been okay but I’m extremely tired, this is day 8 for me but I unfortunately have TOTM too and I think it’s all just knocking the stuffing out of me. I made the family their lunches but didn’t have the energy to do anything for me so ate the milk jelly I’d prepared; dinner was the same for us all. Really hoping I feel less bad tomorrow. Today: B - scrambled eggs & mushrooms, L - soya milk jelly, D - heck chipolatas, mashed swede & carrot, buttered cabbage, broccoli. Tomorrow’s meals: B - yoghurt L - leftovers soup D - spicy beef with green peppers & stir fried lettuce.

lurknolinger · 16/01/2021 21:55

@Motivateinmotion 'planning to use left over children to make chicken/bacon Mayo and chicken curry' . .
wow sounds like you've had a bad day 😂

Motivateinmotion · 16/01/2021 22:13

@lurknolinger thanks for pointing that out it made me laugh out loud, it really has been one of them days and come to think of it might just be them in broth tomorrow!

lurknolinger · 16/01/2021 22:31

😂 hope you have a better day tomorrow

ChristMyArse · 16/01/2021 23:48

Evening all.

Today has been good..

B - bacon, scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and avocado
L - tuna Mayo salad with FLGV
D - omelette with gammon, cucumber (running out of veg now..) spring onions, sprouts and cheese with sour cream on top.

4ltr water.

I think I know the answer but is almond flour allowed at any point? Found a good recipe that requires it!

ZiggZagg · 17/01/2021 00:06

Yes, after the first 2 weeks christ Smile

ChristMyArse · 17/01/2021 00:32

Perfect @ZiggZagg thank you!

Also @GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal thanks for sharing the kale crisps!

DulcetMoans · 17/01/2021 08:13

Do you change anything for breastfeeding in terms of amounts?

Bestbees · 17/01/2021 08:18

Hi everyone please can I join?

I have been following the thread and the tips and already down from 10.6 to 9.12 from NYE. Would love to be 9.6.

I am finding I am starving in the morning, but hoping that eases off so I can fast a bit. Any critiques on the food? I don't feel constipated, but also don't seem to poo much Blush assume this is normal as I am not stuffed fill of carbs!

Food yesterday
Breakfast 3 eggs scrambled in butter with spinach and grated cheese.
Lunch mackerel fillet mashed with mayo in lettuce wraps
Dinner belly pork and creamed cabbage (diet doctor recipe)

Drinks - two cups of tea with tiny bit of milk, black coffee, loads of water and herbal tea.

Ttoday:
B - mushrooms fried in butter with cream cheese wrapped in lettuce and two eggs (I told you- starving!!)
L- creamy Green soup, left over belly pork pieces
D- beef brisket and homemade coleslaw.
Drinks basically the same as above.

ouchmyfeet · 17/01/2021 08:50

I haven't really eased in that much. Had bread and wine yesterday as trying to get it all used up before Monday. Feeling positive though, I am going to start upping my water intake today

MilesJuppIsMyBitch · 17/01/2021 08:51

@Iamnotacerealkiller Gold Star for the raspberry cream! Thank you
