Morning all

Hopefully there will be some losses to record on the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness but please don't be disheartened if you didn't lose (or even see a small gain.

Weeks 3 & 4 are notorious for this. Your body is getting used to the new regime, but if you stick to it, then you should see things get moving again from next week.

If you are struggling, make sure that you are following Bootcamp rules to the letter; consider whether or not dairy is an issue for you - and if you've moved to Bootcamp Light then perhaps consider going back to Bootcamp for another week or so?

Whatever the case, don't develop a case of the fuckits and jump head first into the biscuits. That's the only way to guarantee that you will gain weight!

Hallo! I’m going with my lowest weight from the week which would mean 2ibs off. In reality it was back on again this morning

I know that I drank too much wine and had too much dark chocolate over the weekend.

Am going to get back to proper bc and think I might go for 12:8 fasting. I’m really not very hungry any more

Lunch today is left over roast pork and cauliflower cheese, dinner will be hm burgers and coleslaw - one of my fave bc meals

Notwatchingtvtoday · 03/06/2019 09:01

Hi I posted at the end of the other thread, 2lb off this week

AthelstaneTheUnready · 03/06/2019 09:14

1lb off for me - at least, it was off yesterday morning, so I'm claiming that even though it's back (with a friend) today.

venusandmars · 03/06/2019 09:15

1 pound off. Borrowing a dog for a couple of weeks so hopefully the out-and-about stuff should help to continue the good work.

B - a wee bit of left-over curry
L - avocado, tuna, salad
D - smoked haddock, poached egg, creamed spinach

tootstastic · 03/06/2019 09:17

Morning all, a 1.2 lbs loss for me this morning (only 2.9 lbs this BC). Very slow progress at the mo, but at least it’s progress...

Starting weight: 18st 10lbs (262lbs)
Weight now: 14st 1.8lbs (197.8lbs)
Lost so far: 4st 8.2lbs (64.2lbs)
Target: 9st 5lbs (131lbs)
Left to lose: 4st 10.8lbs (66.8lbs)

Rayna37 · 03/06/2019 09:24

Just 1lb for me this week taking me back to where I finished week one. This is fine, I could definitely have been stricter this week.
This time next week I'll be on a plane Smile hopefully a couple more lbs lighter. If only you could add that to your luggage allowance!

Notlostjustexploring · 03/06/2019 09:25

Bah, my weight has basically stayed the same. I was having a lovely downward trend, went running on Saturday, then Bam! 5lbs on. I'm irritated as I want to see the lower number on the scales, but I know it's just my muscles retaining water, happens each time I return to exercise. And my middle feels smaller.

I have, however, claimed my Friday weight of 13'3.

Off to drink more water, and to run again tonight.

I will be able to claim sub 13 by next week. I'm determined

Nameusernameuser · 03/06/2019 09:25

Gained half a lb. Not too fussed as that's 5 and a half lbs gone in total. Hopefully after this week I'll start losing again. Wanted to lose a stone before DPs birthday which is only a month from now so not looking very likely. Going to get 10000 steps in a day and have no booze until then!

Doilooklikeatourist · 03/06/2019 09:34

1lb gone

TheWaiting · 03/06/2019 09:40

2lbs down for me which I’m happy with. I’d done another week 2 though so hadn’t moved onto BCL.
Thanks @venusandmars. I think veggie sausages are very high in carbs so not sure that would work but I’ll have another look. I think not eating red meat or eggs makes breakfast difficult. I’m ok with the yoghurt but just feel I should mix it up a bit.

Still unable to access the spreadsheet via apple device but I’m 9lbs down overall so feeling really good.

Rshard · 03/06/2019 09:41

Half gone here, which I’ll take.

Thanks BIWI for the new thread

TheWaiting · 03/06/2019 09:44

Grin @try not to develop a case of the fuckwits! I’ll remember that when the kids raid the biscuits! 👍

BIWI · 03/06/2019 09:52

@TheWaiting have you downloaded the Google Docs app?

1lb on since Friday but 2lbs off since last Monday - feels so long ago I had forgotten I'd gone up after a disastrous week 2. Guess I can't actually be annoyed by a 2lb loss, even though it was 3lb off on Friday!

Determined to break through to the next number on the scales this week and there are no obvious challenges coming so I'm on it!

VeryLittleOwl · 03/06/2019 10:05

3lbs off, where I've been stuck since Thursday morning, but I know it'll start to shift again soon. I noticed my jeans were feeling really baggy around the back of my thighs last night, so I grabbed a tape measure for the first time since February and found I'd lost 2.5cm per thigh. Not much movement on my other measurements, which is disappointing, but it'll come and I've discovered my walking trousers are comfortable again, which gives me another clothing option (currently restricted to two pairs of jeans, two pairs of leggings and a skirt on my bottom half!).

ilovecherries · 03/06/2019 10:06

Another half pound off, am ok with the slow steady approach as really only dealing with a bit of post surgical sitting on my arse weight. Well done everyone!

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 03/06/2019 10:19

Whoops, posted on week 3 thread!

So just weighed myself and I've stayed at 164lbs. This is a) not surprising, as BIWI warned us this can happen, and b) actually kind of a relief, as I drank more last week than I suspect is really allowed even on Bootcamp Light. I had a drink - sometimes 2 - most days last week. This is still a lot less than my pre-BC half term habits, but more than I should have had, so I'm just relieved not to have gained and am now back to weekday sobriety.

Other than that, I stayed low-carb, and kept up my water intake, so not too bad.

However! I have a couple of NSVs to report! Firstly, I measured myself this morning and I've lost an inch each off my bust, waist and hips, hooray! And I had the Boots scales measure my body fat mass this morning and it's below average! "Good" is 28.8%, average is 32.2% and mine is 30.9, so between the two. I was genuinely surprised and delighted.

I also appear to have gained half an inch in height since last weigh in, but I'm attributing that to the work I'm doing with my physio improving my posture.

MrsBertBibby · 03/06/2019 10:23

Another 3 pounds off for me! 10 3/4 pounds since I started (half a week before the official start.)

Next goal, seeing that first 12 stone something weight.

BIWI · 03/06/2019 10:31

Good going!

Greebols - commenting on your post at the end of the last thread: half an inch extra in height does wonders fit BMI calculations Grin (And yes, I know BMI is a crude tool, but it's useful for one of the many mini targets that we use Wink)

prettybird · 03/06/2019 10:42

Ah - I see you'd also posted on this thread Blush

GreeboIsMySpiritAnimal · 03/06/2019 10:45

Hi prettybird! Yes, I wanted to shout about my NSVs here too Grin

And that extra half inch has pushed me (just) into the healthy BMI range, yay!

BIWI · 03/06/2019 10:51

Ah yes. I've always maintained that I'm undertall rather than overweight Wink

PushkarKali · 03/06/2019 10:51

I have gone up 1.5 lbs today, but not too fussed. I definitely feel slimmer and a couple of days ago was able to get into a size 12 skirt I haven't fitted into since I bought it about three years ago! I'm a daily weigher and find I've stabilised at the same weight for the last four days, which is fine. It will whoosh when it's good and ready. In the meantime, I know I must be doing myself good with all the water and vegetables so will just KOKO!

TheWayOfTheWorld · 03/06/2019 10:57

1lb off for me - happy with that but irritated as I put on 0.8lb overnight, grrr.

Anyone, onwards and downwards - 2.8lb to get to my mini target of 145lb.

Congrats to all you losers and KOKO to everyone who didn't lose any or as much as they hoped - other miraculous NSV will be occurring.
