1.2lb off for me, so inching towards the 130s. Hoping for some nice whooshes over the next few weeks to get me there! I am sure I'm guilty of carb creep, too much dark choc for sure, so will be reigning it in.
The other thing I've noticed is a lack of eggs, so will be having those a bit more too.
Sleep is much improved, I hardly ever wake up in the middle of the night anymore.
Dakota you've clearly lost inches even if the scales aren't showing much change. The body is a strange thing! When I started doing Crossfit a few years ago the scales hardly changed but my shape certainly did, so something is working for you! On the energy side, you will come through it. Quite a few people on here have run PBs in BC 
Also focus on how you are feeling about food generally - do you think about it less, get less hungry and desperate to eat/snack?
