I didn't participate in the summer boot camp but am hoping to hang out here til October if that's ok! 
B: 3 scrambled eggs w/ olive oil, butter, spring onion, mushroom, 2 chicken sausages, baby leaf salad, cheddar
Coffee with cream
L: 1 smoked mackerel fillet, 1/2 avocado, slice feta, 2 tbsp mayo, 4 cherry toms, baby leaf, avocado oil
S: slice cheese
D: Butter fried tofu, green salad, avocado, avocado oil, mayo, bit of brie

3+ litres water plus a couple chamomile teas.
I added an extra egg this morning as I was so hungry yesterday and it has worked a treat. Had a couple of shaky moments but quickly alleviated with a slice of cheese/avocado. I weighed in at 173lb first thing Wednesday morning, I was 170 this morning! Goal 145 lbs...or thereabouts
I'm paying close attention to ingredient labels and feeling confident I'm on the right track. First time I've had creamy coffee, wow it's delicious! I won't be making a habit of having too much.
