Welcome all!

I see that there are almost 130 of us signed up for this one, which is brilliant.

I'm starting the week 1 thread a little early, as I'm away this evening and won't be back home until mid-morning tomorrow, and I know you all want to get cracking Grin

So, without further ado, here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

If your name isn't on it, just add yourself at the bottom. Don't worry about the alphabetisation - wombattoo will sort that out later. Add your weight, but don't touch the blue cells!

It's up to you when you weigh; I'll start a new chat thread each Monday, with a link to the spreadsheet, but if you feel happier weighing on a Friday (or any other day) then it's totally up to you.

Am back and trying again after seeing this thread. Going to Australia in January and need to shift some weight!

Quiero · 23/10/2016 20:47

Hello. I'm joining in but probably won't go on the spreadsheet as I'm trying not to weigh...as I've gone mad.

Long story short. Have managed to get from 17st 8 to 10st 11 in around 5 years through a variety of ways of eating. Mostly done via MFP on around 1200 cals per day but some low carbing as well. After being stuck at 11st for literally months, decided to go back to LCHF as a last ditch attempt to get last half a stone off. (Should be 10.6 as top end of BMI) Lost 3lb in first week and nothing in the 3 weeks since. My body is desperately hanging on to those last few pounds.

It's consuming me and driving DH up the wall so I thought I'd come along and bother you lot. So hello and a big lump of coconut oil to you all Grin

Emergefromthedark · 23/10/2016 21:23

I'm just place marking. Have prepared my lunch of lettuce, oily tuna, FF Mayo and cucumber for work lunch tomorrow. Let's get back on track.

dillite · 23/10/2016 21:27

I don't know whether it would be best to delay bootcamp by a week- I mentioned in the sign up thread that we do not have an easy access to a toilet at work- there isn't one on site and we get taken off site ever 4 hours for a toilet break like some fucking dogs. I just don't know how I will manage to drink water in the required quantity without being able to pee when I need to. What do you all think?

nekobus · 23/10/2016 21:30

Place marking for tomorrow!

Thanks for the thread BIWI and for looking after the spreadsheet of fabulousness, wombat!

I've not weighed for a week or two but I know I've put on a few pounds as my size 14 jeans are getting a bit tight around the waist Blush I would love to shift a stone before Christmas...

I'm all set with breakfast and lunch packed for the office tomorrow and I've got my cream in those little pots too captain Smile** very handy.

See you all in the morning for weigh-in Grin

Needabiscuit · 23/10/2016 21:46

Place marking for tomorrow, good luck everyone

plumstone · 23/10/2016 21:51

Ooh place marking and will weigh in tomorrow - usually weigh in on a Friday however a Monday may be just what is needed to instill some self control over the weekend!!!

readyforno2 · 23/10/2016 22:31

Quickly signing in.
Good luck everyone! Thanks for this BIWI

MaryThorne · 23/10/2016 22:38

I've made some mayonnaise this evening in preparation for tomorrow. Now I've done it a couple of times I can't believe I thought it would be difficult!

Signing in..., only to sign out again for a few days. I'm off to Florence tomorrow for a short break and I can't promise I'll be able to refuse pasta and ice cream entirely Blush. But I promise I will be hardcore from the second I get back to the UK. Thank you for setting this up BIWI.

MaryThorne · 24/10/2016 06:18

Starting weight 163.6lb. Here we go, good luck with your first week everyone! Lots of yummy low carb food Grin

MothershipG · 24/10/2016 06:37

After a weekend of determined indulgence I'm ready to get serious and hopefully shift another stone in the next 8 weeks.

I'm having a few problems with the spreadsheet on my phone so please could someone add my starting weight of 152.4

Good luck everyone!

feekerry · 24/10/2016 06:59

dillite that's sounds awful TBH..... is it legal?!
Anyhow, maybe you could only drink in the hour befor your loo trip then really hit it when you finish work?

bettyblueeyes83 · 24/10/2016 07:04

Hello everyone! Thanks BIWI for the start of another Bootcamp.

I'm weighing in this morning at 161.9 after an indulgent weekend: I'm slightly up on where I finished last BC, but I've mostly maintained since then (doing BC light). Looking forward to getting back into the flow! I've got guests who are luckily trying to cut back on carbs themselves, so about to make breakfast of eggs for all!

PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel · 24/10/2016 07:17

Good morning! Could someone please add my weight to the spreadsheet? PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel 206lb. I'm never going to see that number again...

PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel · 24/10/2016 07:19

And are there any non-egg-eaters on here? Need some breakfast ideas.

boldlygoingsomewhere · 24/10/2016 07:24

boldlygoingsomewhere 133 lb

Starting weight logged if someone wouldn't mind adding me. Only a pound up from the end of last bootcamp which I'm pleased with. Have been sticking with low carb eating 80% of the time since so glad I didn't pile it all but on when relaxed a little.

Good luck everyone!

Veryflummoxed · 24/10/2016 07:24

Hello everyone. So pleased to be starting again at day 1 also so pleased to be signing in at only one pound up on my end of last bootcamp weight. I put a fair bit back on over the summer holidays and have been a bit (lot) up and down since then.

Could you add me please Wombattoo

Veryflummoxed 196

Good luck everyone.

Veryflummoxed · 24/10/2016 07:30

Popgoes. I love eggs but don't often eat them for breakfast. I will eat things like

Celery cheese and olives

Full fat Greek yogurt

Bacon leaves and mayo

Cold meat cucumber cherry tomatoes

And often just a a portion of what I had the night before.

PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel · 24/10/2016 07:45

Thanks very. It's going to take a while to feel comfortable.eating things like cheese, butter, etc- after years of restricting. What attracted me to this WOE is that, while quite restrictive, as long as I follow the rules, I can eat without weighing portions etc, and without being screamed at in my head to "Put it down, it's bad!". I'm so out of my comfort zone here, and I'm rising to the challenge. ☺

PippilottaViktualia · 24/10/2016 08:06

I started the last bootcamp at 279lbs. Starting this one at 184lbs Smile I'm very tall so that's a bmi around 22/23 I want to lose another 2ish stone to be back to my pre babies weight. Have been in a bit of a plateau past few weeks, hope to be extra strict and get the weight moving again.

Had to get new coveralls a few weeks ago at work, I was drowning in the old ones, nice feeling Smile

Off for some boiled eggs and Greek yoghurt. Good luck everyone!

girlrunningoncheese · 24/10/2016 08:07

Hi BC team! And thanks for setting this up Biwi!

Not loving the number on the scales this morning - I whacked on half a stone straight after my wedding in July and just can't seem to get it off again! But then I am not strict enough on wine, cheese (big quantities!) and LC baking so am hoping a strict few weeks of BCing will get those pesky lbs back off again.

Incentive = honeymoon in NYC and Mexico at New Year, also coinciding with my 30th birthday!

Good luck everyone Smile

insertcoolusernamehere · 24/10/2016 08:08

Morning everyone! Gutted this morning when I got on the scales I've been avoiding for the last few months, knew it wouldn't be pretty but was over a stone where I expected Blush
Starting at 259
Good luck everyone!

Emergefromthedark · 24/10/2016 08:13

Good morning - I'm old school so weight is in stones - a horrible 13st 9lb this morning a whole stone on after losing 2st 3lbs a few years ago. All my clothes are now feeling tight and my face is like a moon.

This time of year I usually do stews in my slow cooker - diced beef with carrot / swede / parsnip / leeks etc with a stock cube and left overnight.

I guess now this will be too carby and not fatty enough - any ideas on tweaking it or another stew type thing I could do instead. I lose the love for salad all the time in the winter.

Breakfast today - 2 eggs & butter
Lunch - chinese takeaway tub full of lettuce & cucumber with FF mayo and oily tuna.

I do think my portion sizes are too big though - how much say greek yoghurt would you eat as a portion? I can easily eat half a tub (250g) at a time Blush

PopGoesTheFuckingWeasel · 24/10/2016 08:17

Emerge can you mix cream, with your yoghurt? You'll be getting more fat that way, too.
