Can I just squeeze in another plug for the Ways of Eating 12-week Low Carb program. Our app offers information about eating low carb, shopping list, chat forums, a food log, weight tracker, recipes and access to a coach for 1:1 support.

The first week is free so if you fancy giving it a whirl then you can sign up here. If anyone decides to continue on to the paid program, which starts from £79, then send me a message as I have a few £10 discount codes available.

Beyond years ago I spent very miserable month following Gillian McKeith's You Are What You Eat plan. She did a smoothie with avocado and lime juice which was bloody lovely.

I don't have the book anymore but from memory it was just those two ingredients and water to thin it down - you could certainly add FF yog instead.

hi beyond, could you fill a jug of water and leave on the counter and pour from there rather than doing it a glass at a time? We have a water filter and it is much better temp than from the tap if that helps

BeyondCBA · 13/01/2016 18:36

Of course lex thank you!

I sometimes add a bit of hot water from the kettle if the tap water is too cold
