VikingLady I eat low carb and avoid dairy, soya and eggs because my DS4 is allergic so I might be able to help.

I am desperate. I have been such a failure this last few months. December, my excuse was that we were super skint (which we were) but I have no excuse since payday.
I am starting on Monday, also cutting out alcohol till middle of March. I need BIWI and her big stick back in my life.

Currently Down Under, enjoying lovely weather and far too much food and wine and won't be back until 9/1. Lots going on when I get back, so I won't be starting the next 'official' Bootcamp until 18/1.

Obviously you don't have to wait until then to get started though!

I'm starting tomorrow. I think I may be seriously ill if I don't lol. Way too much food and way too much alcohol.
Just going to spend a bit of time today working out how many carbs etc for first couple of weeks. Are most aiming for 20g and under or is that too hardcore? Or not enough hardcore?Cake

Feekerry - on Bootcamp we don't count or weigh anything, the whole point being that it's as easy to follow as possible.

I'll start bootcamp when BIWI gets back, but I'll do bootcamp light when I get back off holiday myself next week. I did this a couple of years ago and I felt BRILLIANT, I really want to get cracking again. I found once I'd cracked the initial 2 weeks and broken bad habits, I was away really. Looking forward to it.

Anyone else fancy a light week starting Monday?

I'm also looking forward to joining again 18th. Am actually doing lite now (including today!) and have been all Christmas...no portion restriction or sense of deprivation and I still lost a couple of pounds. Crazy. Half a stone to go.

B: 2 creamy coffees

L: outrageous amounts of crispy skin roast chicken with roasted aubergine and celeriac and gravy made from roasting pan stuff & cream & slosh of vino.

D: leftover chicken & gravy with a cucumber and small slice of cheese.

Day 2 for me and first day back at work. Avoided the crap.
Got a big low carb shop coming later so can get some food planning done.
Does anyone use mfp as well or not bother?

You don't need MFP, just follow the Bootcamp rules.
