Welcome everyone!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness that the lovely Sayra creates and cares for. Come and confess all.

If you prefer, you can use the individual Weight Tracker, provided by MNHQ, which will open (I hope) tomorrow morning.

Please make sure that you know the rules, and that you know about the allowed veg - look at the tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet - and think about printing them off so that you have them to hand

If you have any questions, obviously you can ask them here, but there's also a specific questions thread because the chat threads can move so quickly that questions can get missed.

Unfortunately I'm working pretty full on for the next three days, so won't be around very much - I'll try and check in as much as I can, but in reality I'm not going to be around very much until Thursday - apologies in advance.

Very good luck to you all

Food today:
B - scrambled eggs, coffee with cream
L - cauliflower and broc soup, ff yog with cinnamon and a splash of cream
D - (will eat later after aerobics) steak with my first attempt at egg fried cauliflower rice
S - a piece of ham with some butter and cheese

At least 6 pints of water but have another in front of me.

Not sure why we can't post using iPhone/iPad it used to work, seems to have changed in the last bc. I haven't updated to iOS8 so can't be to do with that

almahart · 11/05/2015 18:37

Had easy after work supper of chicken dipped in egg white and parmesan and fried. Feels very very undiety! Had it with salad. First day done. Think I drank enough water, probably had too much coffee and poss not enough veg

Patapouf · 11/05/2015 18:41

Can't add today's starting weight because DH has droppe the glass scaled on the tile floor and smashed them. This has happened twice already this year, I think I'll have to hide them.

Can anyone recommend a set of weighing scales? Dead ones were just cheapies from Argos.

FatAli · 11/05/2015 19:00

I need scales that are suitable for uneven floors. The ones I have can make me lose or gain about 8lbs according to where I place them.

I drank loads of water today, but Lord! The number of times I have been to the loo...

LexLoofah · 11/05/2015 19:06

Bootcampers I have added some of the names and weights for those who could not get on the sheet, please check in the morning to make sure I have the right weight against the right name. Sayra hope I haven't ballsed it up, if so please PM me and I will fix as I know you are short on time at the mo.

l- leftover roasted aubergine, courgettes, shallots & mini peppers and leftover pork gyoza meatballs with a splash of soy sauce
d - will be moroccan chicken, cauli rice in coconut oil, some sort of green veg in oil or butter and possibly a yogurty minty dressing. The chicken is brining away in the fridge, looks freaky all floating in brown water but I am assured from the recipe it will be the best chicken ever so we will see.

Evening all, first day almost done. I havent been very good food wise, i have relied on BPCs and coffee with cream to get me through to dinner. I should slip into ketosis relatively quickly as i have been LC-ing with the exception of some carby twattiness this weekend.

My new find for dinner is ..... Lidl spatchcock peri peri chicken - 1.6g carbs per 125g portion and it is lovely. I chopped some peppers and courgettes and roasted them in the tray (comes in a tray so less washing up), i served with salad, mayo and oily dressing - yum.

Need more water and more veg but just getting back in the swing at the mo, will be better tom.

Hope everyone had a good first day.

Any ideas on getting Greek yogurt to taste less sour?

MushroomTree · 11/05/2015 19:33

Only 9lbs to go. Hoping I don't stall during this BC and I can shift it quite quickly.

Yog and double cream for breakfast.
Skipped lunch (I know - but I genuinely wasn't hungry)
Salad and belly pork for dinner.

Copious amounts of water!

LexLoofah · 11/05/2015 19:39

username I like to have a splosh of cream on my greek yog and I find cream to be sweet so that may work for you.

Is it for snack or brekkie? I like greek yog but find it doesn't fill me up nearly as much as an egg based brek. What I mean is you don't have to have it if you don't really like it, also check carb content as they vary, and is it full fat? I get the Total one but I think others have mentioned Lidl? not sure maybe wait and see if someone else can recommend another one

Fishlegs · 11/05/2015 19:41

I've got shedloads of baby weight to lose, and have been trying to lc for a couple of months but it's made no difference at all.

Have realised it may have been the copious amounts of nuts and milky tea I've been consuming Blush.

Will add myself to the spreadsheet when I'm on the computer later

BestIsWest · 11/05/2015 19:54

Bit of a disaster today, forgot to weigh and forgot to take my lunch and purse to work so will start again tomorrow.

LexLoofah · 11/05/2015 20:14

user oh yes and sometimes I shake some ground cinnamon on and others have reported a vanilla bean grinder being nice to use on top

Romeyroo · 11/05/2015 20:24

sorelip, I think 4lb over 10 days is good, that is on average a pound every 2.5 days. Generally once water loss is out the way, the norm is about a pound a week.

TOTM here plus a migraine so barely moved from the house.

B was two hard boiled eggs, smoked mackerel, a bit of Brie and some lettuce
L was left over bolognese sauce with courgetti
D was two sausages wrapped in lettuce leaves and mayo

S cucumber sticks and brie

BIWI · 11/05/2015 20:27

Username12345 - which brand are you buying? Some are more 'bland' than others.

Also, you'll find that your taste buds do change, and that you won't find it sour very soon!

But agree with PP, try adding cream and/or vanilla.

Can I ask a scientific type question? If I weigh, say, 172 on one day but gain 3 pounds overnight, do I actually weigh 172 plus 3lbs water weight? (as cant gain three pounds of fat overnight, surely)
Generally I take lowest weight of week anyway, but was just interested.

Kleptronic · 11/05/2015 20:47

I am bloody freezing! Tell me this means it's working.

HemanOrSheRa · 11/05/2015 20:47

Dinner tonight was a chicken breast wrapped in streaky bacon, baked in the oven. A mashed cauli and celeriac gratiny/bake thingy and broccoli. Very nice.

I've just got back from Lidl. I bought a 1kg tub of full fat greek yoghurt. It's 3.2g carbs/100g. £1.29. I saw the spatchcock peri peri chicken blessed but steered clear as I thought the marinade would be too carby. I might pop in tomorrow and get one. It would be nice and easy to have for lunch with salad and homemade coleslaw over a couple of days.

Patapouf · 11/05/2015 21:09

b: FF total yoghurt
l: cucumber, roast pork slices and cream cheese
d: Spicy minced beef with mushrooms, sour cream and guacamole.

this is the one I went for in the end, looks like its going to be a few days before I can add my weight though.

amazonianwoman · 11/05/2015 21:12

Marking place. Haven't add weight to spreadsheet yet, on iPad.

B: scrambled eggs & smoked salmon
L: piece of Brie and some salad
D: prawn salad & cottage cheese
Total yoghurt.

Patapouf · 11/05/2015 21:13

Sod it, I don't want to wait for the new scales, I've just put on what i was the day before yesterday.

amazonianwoman do you want me to do it for you? I've got the spreadsheet open in another tab!

amazonianwoman · 11/05/2015 21:17

LexLoofah please could you add my weight to the spreadsheet, won't be able to get to my PC all week. 218lbs!!! Bugger. Am v tall, in my (weak) defence. Aiming to lose 3.5-4 stone this year...

amazonianwoman · 11/05/2015 21:18

Ooh yes please Patapouf!

Patapouf · 11/05/2015 21:20

readyforno2 · 11/05/2015 21:25
