Welcome! From experience, the first couple of weeks of every Bootcamp sees very fast moving chat threads, and so if you have a question, it's easy for it to be missed.

So post anything you want to ask on this thread and I and the other experienced low carbers will try and keep and eye on it and give you our best answers.

I really can't figure out the olives. I've looked online and every other type of green olive is low carb. All of the black olives (including the Basics ones) are low carb. And yet these...

Vinaigrette ideas are brilliant - thanks.

I'll now have to think of a clotted cream delivery system that isn't a scone...

I used to love a balsamic dressing too but now I use rice vinegar in mine. Its light and not too sharp. Do check the label to be sure its just vinegar though as some varieties have added 'seasoning' which seems to translate to sugar!

I haven't looked at the Basics olives but sometimes the Basics range have things added to keep the price down. They do list a stabiliser on the info. I usually get mine from Asda as they are nicer and virtually no carb.
