oh PMSL here
Holly had one who called himself Shrek
and yes....

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:45

asbm - he's stalker material

HOLLY23 · 19/02/2009 21:45

Thats the thing that bothers me as well. I love the idea of loving someone and someone loving me, but not quite sure if that is possible in real life! and do I want that even! This year will certainly be an interesting one thats for sure....
When was the last time anyone felt completely in love and who was it with?

aseriouslyblondemoment · 19/02/2009 21:46

RTP hes a brummie and obviously desperately in need judging by the content of some of those texts

OP posts:
HOLLY23 · 19/02/2009 21:47

asbm - how long will you put up with behaviour from bb man?

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:48

holly - not sure i ever have....thought i did. now realise i never..just had a "love" of the circumstances and benefits of the relationship.

no.... i am a love virgin.

HOLLY23 · 19/02/2009 21:49

BB man would probably love equally sordid texts back from you wouldn't he?

aseriouslyblondemoment · 19/02/2009 21:51

elm i imagine that hes just very out of practice with women so is chasing me a bit too much
but there again most men of that age are tbh
and add modern technology to it and theres your recipe for disaster

HOLLY23 · 19/02/2009 21:54

Just checked POF and had another brummie contact me! there must be a lot of single guys in brummieland!

quickienamechangee · 19/02/2009 21:55

Hi can I join? I'm a regular in Lone Parents but as I just filed for divorce this week on the grounds of his adultery I need to be careful what I post on here as he knows my usual screen name. He's also been hacking my laptop/emails so for you can forgive me for being a tad paranoid!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 19/02/2009 21:55

oh he'll cool off soon i expect he'll have to or i'll make it clear.
your cm sounds a bit more clued up tbh
and yes im sure that he would like me to dirty text
but its not really my thing esp.with a man i've never met
i admit to being a cheeky texter tho

OP posts:
elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:55

i think modern technology has it's positives that it makes contacting and meeting people easier.

but it has its negative side too... i prefer face to face getting to know someone and over the phone. text/msn and email can be taken the wrong way too easily

HOLLY23 · 19/02/2009 21:55

asbm, fair point, I suppose he's just enthusiastic! how old is he?

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:56

asbm - perhaps once he's met you he'll calm down a bit. are you planning a meet up?

aseriouslyblondemoment · 19/02/2009 21:57

hi quickie
very apt name for here me thinks
of course you can
and poor you he sounds awful

OP posts:
elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:57

hi quickie

HOLLY23 · 19/02/2009 21:58

yeah and if I'm honest I think I was just a bit too "cheeky" with my replies to RL man, which is why he probably got more and more rude! I'll have to watch that with any other bloke!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 19/02/2009 21:58

Hes 42
hes asked me out but havent agreed
tho he has heard that as a yes
male selective hearing and all

quickienamechangee · 19/02/2009 21:59

Lol I had that thought too about the name! yep - he confessed a few weeks back (in a v.drunk phone call) that he had not 1 but 2 affairs while I was PG. He left us when DS2 was 2 weeks old. anyway i'm so happy that he confessed as I thought I was going mad and have been oohing and ahhing about what to do next. Makes it much easier for me this way knowing the truth....

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 21:59

asbm - go on...you know you want to. we want a full report when you do?

lou33 · 19/02/2009 21:59

my youngest is too excited to sleep tonight, and i am shattered, mostly from rushing about all day

i wanna go to bed!

aseriouslyblondemoment · 19/02/2009 22:00

Holly you need to be more demure like ASBM

By elmoandella on Thu 19-Feb-09 12:12:01 n1 - i get the impression you watch a lot of dvd's though. and you prefer things with lots of twists and turns and complex stories.....or else things of a fantastical nature.

I hardly watch any DVD's unless someone sits with me and watches the movie. I don't watch TV - it's not even connected to anything that lets me see a TV channel.

elmoandella · 19/02/2009 22:00

poor lou - just thinking of your sexy young man to give you some energy. not long till sat!!

HOLLY23 · 19/02/2009 22:01

Welcome quickie, I'm going thru a divorce as well atm. Your hubby sounds awful - he's having an affair and hacking into your emails? what a git! cheek!
