After my disappointing chemical Pregnancy for fet#1 I’m now gearing for fet#2, put my last frostie back, which I think will be just before Christmas making test day at clinic for bloods on around NYE

Starting down reg with buserlin before progynova starts around start of December. Here’s hoping I get a Christmas miracle 🤞🎄

@Kitkat369 I hear you on the work-related bumps! There are about five people in my office of 80 who are pregnant. All young twentysomethings. Stay strong!

@Kitkat369 Thanks 😊 I'm off work now until Monday, with nothing planned other than working through my Netflix list and a calligraphy course with my Mum on Saturday. I went back to work the next day after my first ET, which was a disaster as I had train delays and a long day or standing on my feet. I want to give this little embryo a chance.

Day 7 I had another scan earlier, 1x13 1x14 1x10 2x9 1x8 1x7. Pleased I've got some (I only had 1 last cycle). But worried things have slowed down, the largest two were 12 on Monday. Has anyone experienced growth slowing down? Trying to stay positive and hoping some can catch up. Thanks for checking in. Feel very heady, next scan on Friday- hopefully trigger on Saturday. X

Hello ladies, currently sat here like a big bloated balloon after my egg retrieval on Monday. We had 9 eggs, all fertilised so fingers crossed as many as poss make it to blasto stage 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

P.s. not gonna lie, having lots of fun here pretending my massive bloated tummy is a pregnancy bump 🤰🤦🏻‍♀️

@Wesstywoo so that make you 9 days taking menopur then on Friday? Are you taking anything else?
I'm currently day 6 of cycle but 3rd day taking menopur. Been prescribed certrotide but not been told when to start that yet. When do you think your egg collection will be?

I would like to join if that's ok. I'm 41 yrs old, married with no children. I literally just finished a fresh cycle that ended at 5.5 weeks with a chemical pregnancy/miscarriage (not sure what to class it).
And my doctor has approved going straight into another round with gonal f injections starting tomorrow.
I am nervous my body won't respond because of the recent chemical but I guess we will see.

@spacegirl123 - that’s a good number and great they all fertilised, fingers crossed they get to blast, just waiting game now. The bloating will subside take it easy for now

@Violet180 - welcome and sorry about your chemical. Is your consultant changing meds for next cycle?

Hope everyone is doing ok, midweek now and day 11 I think on 0.5ml buserlin. Counting days till my scan to see if I can reduce the dose and startstims. I feel like my time is consumed by this and need another outlet, don’t enjoy this life on hold business.

Had EC today - managed to get 16 so fingered crossed for tomorrow. I only had six last time so pleased with the result. Hope everyone else is going ok. Such a rollercoaster xxx

@TTCRose yes Friday will be day 9 and I think they will tell me to continue for at least another few days as EC is currently scheduled for Wednesday. I'm on short protocol too due to low AMH but I'm on a huge 450 dose which is the maximum. I got 4 eggs last time. I'm also now on fryemadel to stop ovulation and DHEA to try and boost my response. When is your EC scheduled?

Hi @Wesstywoo I was also on 450 and it certainly made a difference. Just heard from clinic and have seven in the oven. Transfer will be day five (Monday next week) hopefully.

@WorriedButterfly still feeling completely normal, I'm not holding out much hope for my scan tomorrow! I can't remember how I was feeling at this stage last time though. Any news on when your EC is likely to be?

If all goes to plan Monday, but I fear I may have slowed down or stopped. Scan tomorrow so fingers crossed. It's so hard isn't it, with all the waiting and symptoms or lack of!

Hi everyone, hope it's ok to join. I'm due to have a FET this month and just started the cyclogest pessaries today. I'm really worried that I'm not going to get the transfer in before Christmas though, as my clinic closes on the 18th Dec. Does anyone know what day of your cycle is average for a FET? Thanks so much xxx

Hi @cake1987 I had an FET yesterday. Are you having a natural cycle or a medicated cycle? I had a medicated cycle, and my FET was on day 22. If you're having a natural cycle, it will be the day you ovulate, or usually ovulate plus 3 or 5 days, depending on what stage embryo/blasto you're using.

Anyone had any side effects from menopur...I've taken 4 doses now and last night and now feel so nauseous and vomited. Dunno if this a side effect or me just being a bit poorly. Got another scan today.
