This is trending on twitter at the momment.

It's everywhere isn't it? The amount of violence that men are allowed to carry out across the globe is sickening. We are hardly even allowed to name the problem either. Sad

lastuseraccount123 · 11/08/2015 18:43

lumpy that's globalization for ya.

Angry Sad

I see Kitty was at Cilla's funeral today. wonder if he is still in the UK waiting for a call from the boys in blue, or has he departed pdq?

tictactoad · 21/08/2015 12:42

I was surprised and intrigued to see him there. I really didn't think he'd be setting foot in the UK for a long time to come.

It's almost like they had done nothing wrong !

tictactoad · 21/08/2015 18:56

They? Confused

It's taken me months to come back to this thread since skim reading Garlick's link to the abuse in Belguim. It sickens me to my very core and in some ways I wish I hadn't clicked.

Why isn't there more noise about this?
Why aren't more investigative journalists chasing this down?
What can we do?

Call me off the mark here but I'm questioning the disturbances on MN - who exactly is trying to warn/shut down this site?

LumpySpacedPrincess · 25/08/2015 17:08

I know what you mean Hex.

Feenie · 25/08/2015 17:44

I thought exactly the same. A lot more plausible than 'Jeffrey'.

News story about Harvey Proctor today:

www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-34054955

He seems to think that gay MPs should not be investigated Hmm

lastuseraccount123 · 25/08/2015 17:49

I had the same thought too.

Hey Anons, why aren't you hacking DDOSing the uk establishment? don't you care little kids were abused and possibly murdered by them? :(

HexBramble · 25/08/2015 21:30

MN'ers are doing they're level-best to keep this issue alive when it seems that so many agencies are turning a blind eye or even sabotaging witnesses/cases. It just seems too convenient to blame the security breaches on a disgruntled misogynist.

I hesitate asking this question but how many of the MN'ers on The List have been active posters on this thread?

HexBramble · 25/08/2015 21:34

Another thing that has struck me about this thread and its predecessor thread is the ear-shattering silence from MNHQ.

I am hearing so many alarm bells.

yolofish · 25/08/2015 23:34

ah shit, I dont know who or what to believe or trust anymore... but am pretty damn sure the Establishment, of whatever political persuasion, comes high up the list...

redshoeblueshoe · 26/08/2015 06:59

Interesting that Harvey thinks Nick should be prosecuted. Its 4 weeks since Ben Flowers was found not guilty of perverting the course of justice re: accusations about Ken Clarke

babyboomersrock · 26/08/2015 16:19

I listened in astonishment to HP's outrage at these recent accusations.

Reminded me of the time he was accused of gross indecency with underage males. He consistently denied that too, until it came to court and he pled guilty. Why would I believe anything he says now?

I'm getting older and seeing more clearly that there are people among us who do whatever they want because we have always given them that power. They see it as their right. We don't matter to them. They don't care what we think. That's why my heart breaks to see people fawning over the aristocracy, celebrities, politicians. We're so easily duped - we do not know these people - we're just a necessary part of their (power) games.

When I was young, we had to rely on newspaper reports and radio/television for information. Now we have social media and internet fora such as mn and at the very least we can share information. But our power is a fragile thing - it can be taken away at a stroke, as other posters have noted. It can - and will - be monitored and controlled quite easily.

redshoeblueshoe · 26/08/2015 17:01

HP also said it was internet conspiracy theorists, but for years before the internet there were regular stories in NOTW about this

lastuseraccount123 · 27/08/2015 17:17

agree boomer .

AHypnotistCollector · 07/09/2015 19:27

It's very disheartening to see these articles appearing. There was one in the DM the other day trying to cast doubt on 'Nicks' claims about the VIP abuse parties in dolphin square. It seems like another cover up is on the way. Hopefully this time people will see through it

LumpySpacedPrincess · 08/09/2015 08:15

I don't think people care enough, I think that they prefer the fantasy.

yolofish · 10/09/2015 14:02

Jonathan King arrested again today.
