I knew it was a real thing spotted, just couldn't place it. Tis now tidied in the bathroom.

(I dress DS in the lounge, and was doing suncream and dressing all at once... I'm realising why it is normally thin people with nice houses - you have to walk up and down the stairs 10000 times a day to get what you need!)

Cappuccino · 04/09/2006 10:33

that's what we should all do

I might find dd's eczema cream that way

domestickler I just did pages on the computer with what she had to do each morning, about 5 things, and then a box next to each for a sticker

same for after school

and a fancy first page with some princess stickers and a flylady picture

all in a pretty file

I did print off flylady's student control journal but tbh it was all a bit old and a bit mad

misdee · 04/09/2006 10:34

flame, dop u need 2 ironing boards? i spy two in your pics....

HUNneyOnToast · 04/09/2006 10:34

Cappuccino · 04/09/2006 10:34

snort

Flamesparrow · 04/09/2006 10:35

I have been at DH since Feb about that. I can't manhandle it into the car to get it to the tip - it died on me.

misdee · 04/09/2006 10:35

just helping her declutter

Flamesparrow · 04/09/2006 10:36

It does help - oddly enough. I won't let people IN my house, but will post the cr*p online...

misdee · 04/09/2006 10:37

Flamesparrow · 04/09/2006 10:51

Storage advice needed....

At the moment our bread, potatoes and onions are stored on top of the fridge - which looks horrible.... Cupboard space is limited (and damp ), and fridge is also small so limited. Any suggestions as to where to store them.

Am thinking buying a small plastic box and storing them in the under stairs bit????

JessaJam · 04/09/2006 10:53

One of those sets of plastic baskets/shelves, with holes in for aeration ( avoids soggy.mouldy veg?

Bread...? Ours lives on the worktop on a bread board.

I have bread in bread bin.It has lid on top so easy to get in! Spuds in fridge now as kept shooting and bag was chucked on floor before!
Onions rarely bother buying any cos i can't cook.

And why can't i get off this bloody chair and tidy up???

Flamesparrow · 04/09/2006 11:03

We tried a bread bin once... kept forgetting the bread was in it, opening new loaf, and ending up with furry bread and crumbs everywhere!

domestickler · 04/09/2006 11:06

I have just done the top of my fridge and the front of it - wiped it all down. Looks better.

Also tackled my main hotspot in the kitchen, the bench next to the front door.

Need to do my weekly home blessing next.

alexsmum · 04/09/2006 11:07

ok how do i unsubcribe from the flylady website? i can't handle all the e-mails!

Cappuccino · 04/09/2006 11:10

god Ruby that's just what I do with my veg!

Flame you can buy potato keeper bags from lakeland and betterware.... otherwise why not a - gasp - Anthea style basket for the top of the fridge?

SKYTVADICT · 04/09/2006 11:11

I am half way through my weekly home blessing and have stopped for a rest - or to put off hoovering as long as possible!

I don't feel too well this morning, a bit yukky! Hopefully not morning sickness this early, I'm not 6 weeks yet!
