Morning everyone!

Anyone who wants to join us this is the flylady website.

This week we are in the kitchen zone; happy flying!

I'll be donating (and baking a cake) for a rl coffee morning on Friday, Ruby. I'll think of you then.

I've changed beds, hoovered, written a shopping list and a vague meal plan this weekend for next week.It's my birthday on Wednesday, so it says "Take Away"that day.

Im back.
Didn't feel to bad at friends ds's birthday until tablets wore off just before leaving! Was lovely to sit out in the sun doing nothing.

Glad you have a spare timer Ruby!!

I have nothing planned for tomorrow.Least bathroom zone won't take long!!might do ds's room instead/as well!!

Domey your playroom is fabulous darling! What a transformation and with a gammy leg as well!?!

I haven't had too much to do today as we go to the allotment for most of the day and then after a quick clean up, to MIL who makes us tea. I'm finding the bending to weed a little harder now I have a bump and will no doubt pay for it tomorrow but it needed doing.

Back to the routine tomorrow for me as well, a playgroup to run, with it's newsletter to write, child going to school afternoons this week, 2 lots of Tumbletots, so hopefully the house will stay spotless as we won't be in.

Having a drink before bath, kids clothes laid out, just gotta do mine n his then bed I think.

Baking a cake instead sounds equally good though.

I will stick some money into the local cancer charity pot for you in memory of your Mum as well as my impressed-ness of your cake.

Thats my two Ds in bed. Bath time was fun not the floor got a tad wet It made me clean the floor though lol Dinner was fun as well. Got it all dished up in in front of the tribe when DD wanted cuddles. I had her going to sleep on me. Shes not done that for some time now. Getting very heavy to have her sleeping on me and trying to eat at the same time. Shes on the sofa now, I don't think she to well. She is not herself. Least the kitchen is clean and the cloths are ready for them tomorrow. Just mine to do. Just thought I would have a bit of me time. I will go to bed soon just in case DD is not to well in the night. Is it going to be bathrooms next week?

hi everyone,

playroom photos amazing.

i have a clean kitchen + shinty sink and i've just done a quick tidy of the living room and hoovered while dh puts dd to bed. i have been putting off making my control journal as it seems too anal although i have no doubt it works. anyone got any tips to make me stop feeling too obssessed?

I am looking forward to receiving instructions tomorrow. how sad is that? after a week and a half i feel i have become part of a cult.

try and relax all and enjoy sparkling sinks in the morning,.

Skipped my washing today as don't have much. Still have loads of ironing.

Downstairs still good, DSs' bedrooms terrible, but PE bags and school stuff is ready for the morning.

Am looking forward to doing my bathroom - I guess I get to do my downstairs loo as well. That is very cluttered.

We've been out all day so curry tonight! Yippee! No washing up!

dh did one of his famous 'oh did i tell you i asked my mate X around for lunch to see the boys' at 10pm last night

but for the first time ever i didnt panic as i knew it would only take me 30 minutes to tidy round.....

that in itself is good going

Evening girls! We're back from the beach. We had a great day, very little surf but tried skim-boarding instead! Well, actually DH and the kids did - I decided that running back and forth along the beach, leaping onto a tiny wooden board going at 90 mph, and landing onto my backside with associated thud, was not my thing.... so I did the lying-there-with-a-cup-of-coffee-and-the-papers thing - MUCH more civilised!!! So now all back (to a shiny sink - yay!) and a reasonably tidy house (last minute chaotic running around before early departure this morning meant some items were flung rather than placed!)

Am currently sandy in sensitive places, a little pink in others, and will head for a shower now so I will sign off, and see you in the morning.

Ruby - I'll donate some money - i don't know of any RL coffee mornings so tell me how/where and I'll do it. Various relatives (including mum and dad) and me, have had brushes with cancer so will gladly give money, especially for a chocolate sponge - but only if you take a photo and post it here for us!!!

Tortoise - hope you feel better in the morning.

Sounds like lots of good days have been had today
Im having sneezing fits now!Need more tablets but ive had 8 in all already today so not sure if i should take more.

Was wondering if we should do info about ourselves again at the start of new thread as I forget too quickly!!And we have lots of newbies.

I will do the same as tortoise. I did not know my nanna as I was to young to remember her. but that how she past away Hope you feel better tomorrow tortoise. I would not take any more tabs just yet. I have my DD on me at mo. she not to well. Cant put her down. I`m waiting now for the washing to finish so I can take it out of the washer before going to bed. I can relaod it then for putting on first thing. I dont know any-one in here so your idea would be good for me tortoise

Think i will drag myself to the chemists and get some cold/flu tabs in the morning.
I always think its best to keep going when i have a cold so good job i have dc or i'd be in bed.

hey all - can't keep up with all these messages! In need of some encouragement after all your postive posts - me and kids were away for w/end, whilst hubby diy-ed - so come back to chaos house(although dh, bless him, had tried to clean the sink for me. DS was awake at 4 this morning, so struggling to do my evening jobs & not just collapse in front of tv... gutting after everything was looking so good on Fri... Hoping for a good night & more energy tommorrow...

tortoise That will be good to get the cold tabs. I try not to take tabs unless I really have too. Normally end up getting in the end tho. Sorry I`m not with all the abbrevs yet Whats a Dc?

We all have set backs samnbabes.As the zones come around again each month i think eventually we will be able to say most zones are de-cluttered and ready to start detailed cleaning.Its a long way off for me but i hope one day it will happen!
