York with friends next month
Tenerife with kids in April
San Sebastian with friend in May
Rome or cinque terre with partner in June
Greece with kids and friends in July
Isle of White with kids in August
Malta with partner in October
Might take kids to Lapland in December

May BH - Milan for the weekend
July - Madeira for fortnight

Thinking about May HT & Aug BH - can you tell we try to make the most of our annual leave? Our young adult DC only joining us for the summer. DC1 is graduating this summer and DC2 is leaving home for uni in Sept hopefully.

I would recommend you go further south than Spain in that case. As long as it’s dry then Southern Spain in March will be very pleasant to walk around in a T shirt and to sit outside a cafe and take in some sun - but if you are thinking sun loungers and especially swimming then it won’t be consistently warm enough. You may get lucky (DH and DS went swimming in the outdoor pool one Christmas!) but I probably wouldn’t risk it.
