Morning flight- alcohol drink?

Do you have a drink at the airport if flying early morning or not?
I know lots of people have a pint with their breakfast at spoons.

Family holidays no but recently went away for my SIL 50th birthday (no kids) and we had a glass of prosecco with breakfast.

Of course! Gotta enjoy life 🍹 holiday starts at the airport!

I don't drink during the day at all and never ever when flying or at airports, sure when we get to the hotel /bar afterwards yes

Oh I drink on holiday and at the airport but not in the morning if it’s still early enough to be having breakfast. Just doesn’t appeal to me at that time of the morning.

Why do you drink on family holidays?

I'm sure there is lots of stuff I do that you "just hits the spot" for me and people don't get. We're allowed not to be the same. Think of anything you don't like eating. I mean really don't like. Be it anchovies, or coconut, or strong cheese, whatever you really hate. When you see people eating those things, you don't care, but you also don't get it, it doesn't, as it were, hit the spot.

Now you understand my feelings on alcohol in the morning. To me it just feels grim. Totally indifferent as to whether other people do it, same as eating anchovies, but really, really not for me. It's not a moral judgement, I don't care about you at all.

Because I want to? I also drink at home when kiddos are in bed occasionally.,.

No, I wouldn’t want to arrive groggy, or smelling of booze. I just have breakfast and coffee.
