I am 5ft nothing and need to lose a few pounds to get back to my normal weight of around 8st 3lb.

Double - I am as about as stylish as a pair of golfing trousers, so please apreciate that my lack of advice is a kindness to you.

The talk of broken things has just inspired me to go online and order a new drawer for my freezer. The third such drawer I've had to buy. Clearly fridge too full of quorn fillets & Ben'n'Jerrys and have to jam drawer in too hard.
Day of waiting in for the Sky men to come tomorrow. Will squeeze in a vote when they've gone.
Shame Syc doesn't run a boot camp, we could all go and be transformed. Used to feel transformed by Paul McKenna, but have stopped listening to him (like all men, after a while).

Crispy - No PIMMS on the order.. it is far too high even without extra purchases. I spent 50 quid today on a few bits, two crates of bottled beer included in that for DH but nonethless £50 all the same.

I heart Syc, she was blood fabulous.

yep Bitter, mitts is our lovely resisdent kick boxer. Syc had a fabulous way with words and advice that made you comply and see that you were wrong in you view on food. It was ass kicking by stealth. Amasing to witness. And a lovely lady to boot. Iggy, it would be lovely to have a boot camp step up by syc just to find out how she is doing. She would be very at our ravings about her and her advice. lovely lady that one, despite her name

Sorry, been busy.

Took first part of my IT test and got 89%.

I watched that tonight, very boring no fighting.

Managed to put on 0.5lbs, but have been comfort eating this week. Going walking with my brothers girlfriend next week.

To me, it makes me as happy as the feeling I get when I step on the scales and find I have lost a couple of pounds.

You know that weird high you get when you have done a really hard workout and you ache ?

And you know you will ache even more tomorrow but it's a good ache.

That's how icecream feels to me.
