Vin - my gran sounds like your nan Vin, she told me yesterday that when she and two friends went to church the other day one of her friends fell over backwards and hit her head coming down the outside steps. The mininster runs out and says 'Are you ok? What's your name?' or somesuch and Gran's friend said to him 'I'm buggered if I know!', my Gran tells me this in whispered tones 'To a minister 'buggered'!' but my gran's really 'young' I told her the other day about that porn with the fish what is it genki or something? And she was always more 'free thinking' in relation to sex etc than my parents. She does, however, hate all Germans. Very strange, living through the war I expect.

Anyway, things to do a. eat ww spaghetti, b. try to force children outside in the bastard rain onto trampoline, c. continue to irritate everyone who things 'Skye Delilah' is the way forward and d. spread my wisdom across the boards.

Where's PITA I love her. I remember her from a thread on someone's hamster I think it was and probably the Poly thread

MitsubishiWarrioress · 03/05/2010 13:18

Hello I am Mitts, I endeavour to eat healthily due to ill health and needing to shift and tone a little but I have lost my Mojo.

So if anyone finds it, it's return will be richly rewarded. (you can have a go on my space hopper)

CrispyTheCrisp · 03/05/2010 13:19

Afternoon

I am Crispy (formerly known as Sazz) and have lost c.56lbs in the last year, using FoodFocus and keeping busy at the gym 4 times a week. Currently battling with 'maintenance' now but aiming to be shredding by the end of the week to tone the tum and other wobbly bits.

Just been to the village fete and manned the toddler group stall for half an hour. Bought DH and the DC's some tat and came home

Off out this eve to a friends for dinner which will be lovely if the DD's settle to sleep there (fingers x'd). DD1's swimming lesson before then so i will try and have a swim (v unmotivated to do so atm) so i can enjoy the lovely food

Bella & Alice, i think Maxi's would look perfect on you

hellsbelles · 03/05/2010 13:19

oops - didn't realise you were all here. Loving the dresses. Must check out peacocks if they create that miracle of dresses that allows bralessness!

hellsbelles · 03/05/2010 13:20

Just found this mojo behind the sofa Mitts

Mouseface · 03/05/2010 13:30

Afternoon, I'm Mousfeace and butted in on a shiney thread last week.

I'm going to start FoodFocus as suggested tomorrow. DS was 1 yesterday so I'm afraid I almost ate my own body weight in CAKE!

And cheese...........

I'm waiting until tomorrow as I have a tiny hangover from too much champers so know I'll need cheese on toast at regular intervals throughout the day.

I'll post my starting weight tomorrow after I've dared get on the scales.

Can I ask for a tiny bit of support from all of you please if I keep you updated? Bit of a billy no mates as none of my RL friends are dieting

MitsubishiWarrioress · 03/05/2010 13:33

Oh Hells... there it is thank you... Just needs a little reinflating and a coupler of patches and I am sure I will be back on form.

Mouseface, we WILL support you here , and definitely keep us updated as we are very nosy interested.

Well done on starting when DS is just 1 as you will remember the day you decided to change your life . All the best and you will get some with every weightloss milestone. Enjoy the cheese

MitsubishiWarrioress · 03/05/2010 13:40

Oh no worries Mouseface

Did you post your goals last time? I missed a lot of the thread.

Don't be put off by the amount we talk, it is a fast moving thread and sometimes you have to squeak a lot to get heard.

I have no idea where I am at the moment. I am having one of the worst periods ever, pain and bloating wise and that is with waterfall. I am about to deal justice with painkillers, I am afraid I don't believe in suffering.

Do you hug by the way?

Mouseface · 03/05/2010 13:42

Thank you Crisp......

Back tommorrow with my weight.

Mouseface · 03/05/2010 13:45

Hug? You mean give out a hug if needed by a fellow MNer?

I'm sparing with them, don't hand them out willy nilly but yes, I do.

Is that a good or bad thing Mits?

Lizzylou · 03/05/2010 13:47

Fabulous title, Bella

Hi Mouseface, we had cheese on toast for lunch. Naughty, but needed, it is hard work decorating!

Hi, I'm Yank, recently graduated from 'morbidly obese' to merely obese, 6st 2lbs to go to get to 'normal'!

CrispyTheCrisp · 03/05/2010 13:52

LOL, we are a split group on the hugging, some say NOOOOOOOOO, others welcome it, and some prefer a little arm squeeze. Just making sure we don't offend with over effusives PDA's

CrispyTheCrisp · 03/05/2010 13:52

Instruction, my mouth is actually watering

MitsubishiWarrioress · 03/05/2010 13:53

Erm.. neither good or bad Mouseface Now I am quite a prolific hugger where friends are concerned and we have a mixed bag of huggers and non huggers on this thread.

I was just having a moment and the question popped into my head. (random things do tend to do that due to the amount of vacant space in there)

CrispyTheCrisp · 03/05/2010 13:54

{{{{{gives Mitts a big bear hug}}}}}

Was there any spare mojo in the bunch Hells sent over?
