Bella, actually you were being a very good girl by the looks of it last June.
Shiney on the other hand........ This is my final C&P but the sentiments certainly hold for some of us:
RRRRRRIGHT Shineon.
I want you to go to the freezer right now and take that ice cream and those cakes and put them in a bag and give them to your neigbhours.
NOW!
If they aren't in, you're to PUT THEM IN THE BIN. And you're to think "good - I AM NOT A DUSTBIN, I DON'T PUT FOOD INTO MYSELF JUST BECAUSE IT WILL BE A "WASTE"."
Now - forget today. What's done is done and there is absolutely no point beating yourself up. Just learn from it what you can.
I would hazard a guess the lesson is "old habits die hard" and that once your body had a sugar rush like the old days of 3 weeks ago, it triggered cravings of monumental scale.
So this is what we learn from today: Perhaps there is no such thing as one slice of cake - one biscuit, one slice of white bread for the likes of us eh?
Perhaps we have a way to go in learning moderation and not reacting to sugar like it's a line of cocaine...
So tomorrow I think the best thing is just to forget today happened, but keep the information you learned about the day starting with an innocent enough piece of cake.
Right - is that enough of a talking to or do you need more? I got both guns loaded here and I'm not afraid to use 'em
