I am 5ft nothing and need to lose a few pounds to get back to my normal weight of around 8st 3lb.

well done Bitter (hi btw I'm new) can't believe they did'nt say thank you but how lucky for that little boy that you managed to catch him .
My ds is always making a bid for freedom but fortunately on the one serious escape attempt when he got about 10 mins away he was surrounded by people who realised that he was not quite right, he is 8 and can't talk and was facinated by a numberplate thank god, he was about 2 mins away from the main trunk road.
Off to bed now, feeling sleepy after all this exercise and not a morsal of food other than meals has passed my lips.

Well stayed the same this week but hardly suprising after last weeks loss & the fact that AF arrived about dinner time yesterday, I have however lost a cm round my waist this week

I've got my friend & her DD coming over for the day today & haven't seen her in ages so be good to catch up then off to another friends straight after so may not get on much today but will get on this evening.
