He looks a little cracker, Yank

Bella, that Shiney can't half yak- she kept me on until my voice cracked and I had to puke...or was that my fault?

hellsbelles · 04/05/2010 22:19

Yank - that's made me chuckle so much! He's loving that look isn't he

bellavita · 04/05/2010 22:21

She even had the cheek to talk to me whilst she was bathing

Well I hope she won't be taking a bath between 6 and 7 on Thursday then...but I guess the delivery drivers to Shiney's house have seen it all before

Chester is gorgeous- still miffed you didn't go for Iggy though

Shiney- let's just say that it isn't the half-used tube of chanel lipgloss which was all I could afford on eBay and got outbid on anyway

wastingaway · 04/05/2010 22:55

I've been an armchair gardener too long.
Night Saf.

I think they're ordering you one of these Shiney.

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/05/2010 22:55

Evening all.

Looks like once again I have come home just as everyone else is turning in .

Shiney, I wasn't being flippant earlier, sorry about your shitty day.

Yank - Hope ABs start to kick in for DS. Love the pictures of him as baby Bling!

Korma, Chester looks like a fox cub, what a cutie.

Bof/Hells - Lucky it wasn't me on the phone, I don't really do chatting

Saf, DS has a bit of a squint but DD is a proper Squinty McGinty, they are both under NGH. They think the most likely outcome is that DD will need glasses.DS's seems to be correcting itself.

Had a heart in my mouth moment at work when a little boy of about two, looking lost, made a dash out of the store.

I legged it after him and managed to find him amongst the people of the Shopping centre.

He was in a right state bless him, he'd lost his grandad. Spoke to security and tracked the grandad down in the store.

We got them reunited but I dread to think what could have happened. It was only blind luck that I noticed him running outside out of the corner of my eye

And did I even get a thankyou?

bellavita · 04/05/2010 22:57

T&F - I am sure she said she was working tonight - she might not even be home yet?

OP posts:
bellavita · 04/05/2010 22:58

and she magically appears

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 04/05/2010 23:01

Speak of the devil and she will appear

Have texted you tocc.

DidEinsteinsMum · 04/05/2010 23:10

bitter. wish someonewould have done that for me on one of ds' wanderings. Dont expect you were thanked. but it was a good thing you spotted the child.

I didn't expect a gushing thankyou, it was more a case of he must have been missing for at least ten minutes and all they said was 'oh, there you are.' and carried on with their shopping!

I was a gibbering wreck and they were cool as anything!
