erk
photos on other pc

uploading some more recent ones now

this is not going well is it?

Boco · 24/03/2010 18:38

She's gorgeous Tiger! What a cute little face.

Guad yes, I know i'm deep in denial. I do realise that all those things have fat in - but just not that it should account for ALL the fat i'm allowed, I should still be allowed MORE fat while still getting thinner.

I'm not going to make much progress with this am i.

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 24/03/2010 18:44

Oh Tiger, that picture just gave me an attack of the broodiness

lol at Fra's salad not feeling her up, that really made me giggle. As did the creme fraiche and Philly debate.

Guad - how much stock with the mushrooms? Just enough to cover them? I need details.

Will be back later with my list.

TigerFeet · 24/03/2010 18:46

their heads are almost the same size

Guadalupe · 24/03/2010 19:09

Lovely pictures, Tiger, and this time I have looked

Boco - get in the zone, man!

Lemur - Yes, enough to cover, or a bit more, but let it reduce to a thick liquid then add the cheese. It is really nice.

CoupleofKooks · 24/03/2010 20:22

OMG tiger the cuteness of them! and sorry guad but PMSL at the pre-emptive photo commenting
i would have pretended i WAS on fb probably, so top marks for owning up

shock @ my salad not feeling me up
what can i have been thinking???

guad i haven't had that with the creme fraiche separating
i quite like it because you can get an organic one, but if i buy organic soft cheese it seems to go pink (you know that horrid pink mould) really quickly

Boco i think you are coming to terms with the reality of it all
i think we all are
it's like a bereavement [blatant exaggeration to make a humorous point, hope not in too bad taste]
oh dear if i have to put footnotes on my so called jokes i probably should not bother at al should i

OP posts:
CoupleofKooks · 24/03/2010 20:23

guad shambling is me running
i couldn't face it tonight so went for 30 min bike ride
i can't find anywhere to ride fast enough to get out of breath though
you keep having to slow down for potholes and dog walkers

OP posts:
pointydog · 24/03/2010 20:25

oh gawd, yes, I forgot about the nestle connection and the online nestle-spotters. This thread gets trickier and trickier.

Boco · 24/03/2010 21:21

lol franny, yes, i think you have it, the terrible realisation is dawning, i've worked my way through the anger and now i've reached sadness.

The mini egg chocolate buns are helping.

Sorry i am trying though, honest. I have walked MILES. And eaten salad.

ILikeToMoveItMoveIt · 24/03/2010 21:39

granola with blueberries and banana
flapjack
pear
wholemeal pitta with salad, hummus and radishes.
chicken fajita with mucho roasted veg

Probably about 8 portions. Will now go and have a smoothie I think.

Fra, aren't there bloody great hills all around yours that will get you out of breath on your bike?

CoupleofKooks · 24/03/2010 21:57

blimey lemur i don't go up the HILLS
part of the problem is the cycle paths really only go in one or two directions from my house
i'm not keen on the roads
the place the cycle paths go to is very nice, but quite winding, and popular with people walking too
it doesn't contribute to a fast ride

sorry pointy
i thought it might amuse you a bit
you like the challenge really

i have just dyed some jeans green
not sure why

OP posts:
CoupleofKooks · 24/03/2010 21:58

oops
that should have said: not sure why I THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA
i am fairly sure why i did it

OP posts:
CoupleofKooks · 24/03/2010 21:58

everyone bit jaded here ah well

OP posts:
Guadalupe · 25/03/2010 08:07

I wish I could have a day in the woods. I have a day hanging about town.

Two fillings I blame the fruit.

Then more hanging about for the herbalist. I might buy some make up too, I look a little wan after my cold.

Right - I am going to do some stretching ha ha.

Guadalupe · 25/03/2010 08:08
CoupleofKooks · 25/03/2010 15:28

we're back
it rained - a lot! was surprisingly good fun despite
we cooked crumpets on the fire and ds2 got into the whole 'being in the woods hanging around poking the ground with a stick' kind of thing (usually he just hates it)
then we saw a ton of frogs all climbing on each others backs, and - TOADSPAWN
which is weird long string of pearls type of thing, really cool

OP posts:
CoupleofKooks · 25/03/2010 15:30

how were the fillings guad?

ds2 was just sick all over himself in the buggy
i am wondering how to get it out of the buckle bits
looks like being a fun afternoon
(i think he was just coughing - not another bug - blimey we have had our share already!)

i am doing great, excercisng like a fiend. I had to miss swimming today though as i HAD to do some Spring cleaning must have used up loads of calories doing it though. i just wish this thing in my eye hadnt appeared(see other thread) as it is making me feel so selfconcious and i though i was past all that what with losing weight i just knew there would have to be a down seeing as how i was so up for weeks. Will do 2 sessions in my Davina Mcall dvd tonight

CoupleofKooks · 25/03/2010 16:04

hello birdsandblossoms i don't think i have spoken to you before
i could really do with some spring cleaning
hope your eye gets better

OP posts:
Guadalupe · 25/03/2010 16:31

BaB - Hi, hope your eye gets better. Personally I would want to throw the tv out of the window watching Davina Mcall but I'm glad it works for you!

Franny - It was horrible. They had to drill out the old filling which was really deep and while it didn't really hurt it seem to thud right down to my feet.

The herbalist was good though - I'm getting a right old brew.

Boco · 25/03/2010 16:57

All i have eaten today is

2 wholemeal pittas with spinach, beetroot and taramasalata

1 apple
some juice

1 rich tea biscuit.

Hey? so? Zone? Aren't I though?
