Hey, a cornier title than the last one!

Welcome to the latest in a long line of the famous Shiney healthy eating threads. Do join in- it's open to all, and we just ask that you post as often as you can, and we'll support each other to get healthy and slim. 37 threads can't be wrong- jump in!

Cheese- i only use a bit of oil (around 1-2dinner spoons of oil for a whole large tray of roast veg. I cut the potatoes you to a fairly small size and season with mixed herbs and salt (seasalt if i have it) It works quite well but does result in extra washing up as toss the veg in the oil in a bowl before putting on the tray to cook. They come out fairly dry and not greezy when then come out.

It's self inflicted due to my weight, I will moan about it until I lose enough weight for it to go away. No sympathy please, I don't deserve it.

Yummy roasts sound sooo nice, unfortunately it is going to be something with eggs here. Thank God we have bread - Mum bought it round earlier from her freezer as the whole town has run out

Think I'm going to wait for the snow to go and then get a hose on the front of the house. Glad my window isn't cracked at least.

Cheese if you have spray oil you can just spritz your spuds with that and you will use much less oil that tossing them in it, you can buy the low cal spray oil, or if you have an empty spray bottle just fill with oil and use that, then sprinkle some sea salt, lovely

have just got rid of ds2 for a few hours, ds1 and his gf have taken him out

i dont have my heating on today, have been quite warm, dont know if its because i been doing house work or if i am going through the change

Spray oil sounds like a good idea. Parsnip soup with bread and cheese for lunch here, and some of that red onion stuff.

We're going to go see Avatar this afternon. I've heard its a bit too long and slightly dull, but worth it for the effects.

ds1 is 20 Trill, he went to see Avatar yesterday, he said its in 3D and it was fantastic
