Can't believe this thread is so long already

Bought a new living room carpet today, should be fitted within about 10 days, woohoo! Also a new lamp and vase.

Right, I am back on le wagon! Today had 2 slices of seeded toast for breakfast with low fat spread then a baked potato for lunch with grated carrot and tuna.

Dinner? Dunno yet, something light as still feel quite full from lunch. I have fresh wedges in the fridge so might have a small amount with NO DIPS

I am OK FB thank you. Have had a bit of a manic day and DC's have come back from their Dad's hyper from sugar consumption, he admits he gives in too easily but Jeez, you would think they had had whiz.

I am trying to get more painting done so won't be going on Isketch. It sounds like fun, but one of my ressies this year is to be more disciplined and get some real work done. I have been writing a bit.

Another 1 hrs romp in the snow ...

The duvet diet sounds helpful DEM. My sleep is weird at the moment. I wake up at 2 in the morning, completely awake. I have always been an intermittent insomniac.

I bought loads of canvases...

FB, I am going to see ABW poss in early Feb and she is near your county, mebbe I could do something about the material. There is a lot if you want it and it would save post if I was already coming down...and of course we would have to meet...

Dinner tonight is roast rack of pork, roast potatoes, yorkshire puds and cabbage(lots of) and i will probably have a couple of Hotel Chocolat chocolates once DD has gone to bed

I am definitely loving the snow DEM. I am hoping when it goes away, I will still feel like this though.

And I feel like the old me. Esp when I was at Uni, (I was a maturish student). More focussed, driven, positive, head full of ideas and the energy to start actually putting them into a reality.

I don't know where this year will take me but it is definitely going to be an interesting journey.
