If it's apples again I'm leafing - 10 / 10 thread

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

The rocket dog ones are nicest except I will never buy rocket dogs again I had a pair of £65 suede boots which ripped the first time I wore them because they were badly made but they said I had obviously done it myself and wouldn't replace them

No. I thought I just had a bad personality which poor ds, dd1 and dd3 had inherited. Which I do but at least there are strategies for managing it. With dd1 it was easy to tell though and we caught it early.

i think some people with aspergers are quite proud of the differences and find NT people slightly lacking
