For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

pinkspottywellies · 07/03/2009 19:46

Just flying by again! Scanned quickly. Thanks everyone for all the encouragment and tips - I gave them both a bath this morning, on my own Luckily dd will spend hours in the bath so I can dunk ds in and get him dressed and fed and settled before she wants to get out. I must have done Good Things in a previous life to have such delightful children

Avi, who was on the phone?

BBB fab about the job and the 9lb.

Molly, haven't read what's going on but sounds like you're having difficult times Hope it all works out.

I have been all awestruck about my presents again. I'm so touched that you all went to so much effort for me and I wish I could write and thank each and every one of you but I don't suppose you all want me to know where you live!! But I love it all (and dd loves hers too) and thank you all again, and did I mention I love you all

Oh and The Book, The Book I went straight to the author photo!! And I was really surprised 100 doesn't look like I expected! I've read about 100 pages. It's great so far. Probably won't get much further for a while though - I've been reading it while bf in the day if dd's been playing with dh but as of Monday I'll have to bf while reading Thomas books!

pinkspottywellies · 07/03/2009 19:51

Happy Birthday OsBa!!!!!!!!!!!! (Don't think she'll be on cause she's away but we could have a party anyway!!)

drew is not a vegger but she likes to visit occasionally when she wants to speak to one of us
she once inspired a great title "we eat fruit and go for a walk and talk about it"

DrewPeacock · 07/03/2009 20:55

She is my sister...

DrewPeacock · 07/03/2009 20:57

Who is a bit wrong?

I have had chinese feast. And am waiting anxiously for my friend to pick up his daughter so I can drink some wine.

How was your friend and lunch, Franzo? Or is that not today?

Atilla, oh dear, sounds grim
