For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Yuk at injecting eyeballs.

I watched someone put a trip in their eye once. They lost it and freaked out stumbling all over the place blinking manically. It was hilarious.

FrannyandZooey · 21/01/2009 21:21

why did they do it in their eye? had they forgotten they had a mouth?

Oh it was lovely. I had a good driving lesson on icy roads then we went to the playbarn for little party with tractors and balls and stuff and all the children had a bun with a candle and he LOVED it.

Then I made lots of little two biscuits and we had pizza and loud music and cake at home for tea with dcs who were mighty miffed at not ebing allowed to stay off school for the party.

Guadalupe · 21/01/2009 21:23

TinyWhiteFeather · 21/01/2009 21:24

Guad, it sounds perfect, what a lovely day, and well done driving on ice, I walked a little like bambi today, and just managed to maintain my dignity..

Guadalupe · 21/01/2009 21:25

pinkspottywellies · 21/01/2009 21:25

Curse you lot. I wanted you all to say NO! don't go swimming and then I would be lazy, yet validated but 2 people said go so I went.

I did 20 lengths and lay back and kicked my legs for 2 lots of 3 minutes. I WANT A STICKER. Please.

I like the swede title.

Can't believe he's 2 Guad!!

TooT do you want that post deleted?

Boco · 21/01/2009 21:26

Did you cuddle driving instructor like I told you?

It sounds lovely. What was his favourite present?

Guadalupe · 21/01/2009 21:27

see how hard I find it I can't even speak properly.

Ihave a bad cold or flu on the periphery of my being. It keeps coursing down my leg and stabbing my lung and causing momentary loss of structure to my limbs and then I'm okay again. My mum had flu last week so I hope it's not that. I keep necking things.

FrayedKnot · 21/01/2009 21:27

Happy Birthday Guadlet. Was the lunch party fun?

Guadalupe · 21/01/2009 21:28

I did not cuddle him but I offered him a bon-bon. He declined. I said I needed oone as I had swallowed so much garlic I smelt like a roast dinner. I'm sure he opened the window a little when I checked the right mirror.

BBBee · 21/01/2009 21:29

you know in IKEA they have these perspect see through chairs and whenever I see I think about people sitting on them naked. I don't know why.

Guadalupe · 21/01/2009 21:30

Thanks, FK. It was really lovely, he kept giving huge grins and cuddles and saying dankyou mummy every two mins.

His favourite thing is his new train and the bear book.

Guadalupe · 21/01/2009 21:31

Urrgh, Bee, that doesn't sound so far away from that fetish where people watch their partner have a poo on the glass table above them.

mollyroger · 21/01/2009 21:32

TooTicky · 21/01/2009 21:35

BBBee · 21/01/2009 21:36

no it isn't guad - it is in a naturalist way not in a porny way - i think.

anyway - shut up for toot.

btw - sorry to hear your fingers got cold, I hate it when you wonder if everyone gets cold fingers and you are being subjective and self indulgent or if it really isn't reasonable.
