For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page.

Evening

Broccoli
Corn sludge thing
Pumpkin cake (2)
Fruit & Nut

Mou, how odd. But perhaps quite entertaining. I don't have any interesting holes in my body other than ones that are meant to be there and piercings.

SuperBunny · 01/11/2008 23:09

Hope poorly people are better.

SuperBunny · 02/11/2008 03:20

Don't know if Franny is lurking, but I thought of her (and her Gnorman conquest friend) today when I saw a Gnome Hunt advertised at the Nature museum and another one at the Arboretum. The outdoor one is on til February, so will def take DS.

filthymindedtreatortrixen · 02/11/2008 11:13

think it's a duvet day for us today. Very dark and blustery nd grey and cold. We're going to watch Stardust and eat popcorn.

pinkspottywellies · 02/11/2008 12:03

Miserable day here too but we've already been swimming and the last Grand Prix of the season is on this afternoon so we're excited in the Pink household!!

Mou, odd.

I've had a banana and a hot chocolate and some tomato soup. I did my stepping last night. Thanks for reminding me last night slavedrivers and I need a kick up the bum again tomorrow!

FlexThyDivineMind · 02/11/2008 12:06

I have had some tomato with a bacon sandwich and a pomegranite
