For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg herehere and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Tatties · 18/07/2008 14:36

OsmosisBanana · 18/07/2008 14:41

Lully! That is extreme brooding - a new 10/10 sport it would appear

OsmosisBanana · 18/07/2008 14:45

I mean extreme broodiness. Although given the current state of play (or lack thereof) with DP, maybe brooding is more accurate.

Has he shown his face yet?

Swedes · 18/07/2008 14:48

Sugar snap out of all this broodiness.

OsmosisBanana · 18/07/2008 14:50

The only vaguely fruit related title thing I could think of was 'she bangs the plum'

Any good?

pinkspottywellies · 18/07/2008 15:40

I like she bangs the plum! And Tatt's one is fine although I don't think I know the song.

Yeah, wonder who the next pg one will be

IdrisTheDragon · 18/07/2008 15:41

Yes, who was that person who wandered in here recently, talking about fruit and vegetables, but I didn't recognise their name at all.....?

TigerFeet · 18/07/2008 15:41

OB it has just been brought to my attention that England are being crap at crikkit again.

185-8

Vaughan out for a duck

pinkspottywellies · 18/07/2008 15:42

I wondered that Idris. Some namechanger - at one point it looked like they were pretending to be me

TigerFeet · 18/07/2008 15:43

I prefer "She bangs the plum" but only because I know the song (sorry Tatts)

zippitippitoes · 18/07/2008 15:44

OsmosisBanana · 18/07/2008 15:45

Am in a bit of a Stone Roses phase. Again.

Sorry if I made you cross yesterday PSW, my pute at home has taken to sending things when you accidentally move across the mouse pad. Dh got us both in Big Trouble with evil hag bag last night as a result....

IdrisTheDragon · 18/07/2008 15:46

I am not pregnant, but have no problems with people fussing over me .

MamaG · 18/07/2008 15:47

I might come back to 10/10

Am 25 weeks pregnant

By the time I'm 40 weeks you'll all love me and fuss over me

IdrisTheDragon · 18/07/2008 15:48

Does Vaughan still play for Yorkshire .

pinkspottywellies · 18/07/2008 15:48

Could always use my Juno one

Just read back to see what could have made me cross OB...... No. All fine

LullyOfShallot · 18/07/2008 15:49

oh somebody find me somewhere nice to stay in Cornwall
first week of August
Everywhere is boooooooooooooooooked

IdrisTheDragon · 18/07/2008 15:49

As usual I have no amusing titles to suggest.

Or any titles at all.

IdrisTheDragon · 18/07/2008 15:50

We need a title thought don't we or we will fall off the edge of the world again, and I'm not sure that should happen with a very new baby.

LullyOfShallot · 18/07/2008 15:50

I want to see little zoolet

OsmosisBanana · 18/07/2008 15:51

phew - thought i got a rasied eyebrow.

Lully. Go and stay with my folks, they're slightly odd but pleasant. My dad makes cheesecake.

pinkspottywellies · 18/07/2008 15:51

Shall I do she bangs the plum? First person to say yes I'll start it.
