For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

I am wearing a short skirt. I know it is short because when my Dad (who never notices anything let alone what people are wearing) saw me in it, he said, "That's a short skirt"

Does that mean it is too short?

It does have shorts in it, so it shouldn't be indecent. It's a skort.

UnderRated · 21/06/2008 20:43

Or maybe I'm just to old to be wearing something known as a skort.

fullmoonfiend · 21/06/2008 20:48

lol skort sounds like a glaswegian insult ''ye feckin wee skort o' scum, ye!''

Sorry, DD was 'helping', as she is wide awake after huge long sleep this pm. Big sigh.

Dinner pasta with pancetta, Spinach, Rocket and parsley. OJ. (3)

Oooh OK

Dried fruit, lettuce, peas, aubergine, courgette, rhubarb, gooseberries

God, what a crap day, I have only had 6 and the last two in a you-know-what

But I was on a carb drive with all the cleaning and AF is due tomorrow

Is that why I was cleaning, do you think?

Have just watched Pan's labyrinth and am now having to watch the Two Ronnies as a kind of "don;t have nightmares" antidote

Franny, do you have a Galt Playnest?

No, Avi

When it might have been helpful before (to sort out my hopelessly irregular cycle), i was ttc, so it wasn;t really advisable.

I've never had PMT really, until about 18 months ago.

fullmoonfiend · 21/06/2008 22:07

Daft punk and TooT - both boys dr who mad here too...
