For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Bee you are a bad fruity bitch. But are you coming to the Bristol meet prob 12th or 13th July? Email me if you want to

TooTshooT · 06/06/2008 18:09

Stuffit, the thumpy beat place doesn't sound quite your scene. (nor mine, I hasten to add)

FMF - I have this beautiful sarong thing that I have never worn. It is beautiful - a sort of warm rust with black lizards. Was going to rehome it and for some reason thought of you first. Whaddya think?

TooTshooT · 06/06/2008 18:11

It's because I don't tend to wear clothes I can't climb trees or hang upside down in. Not that I do it much, it's just one of those funny lingering habits. Have bneen known to do the odd impromptu handstabnd though.

TooTshooT · 06/06/2008 18:12

I worry about clothes that just tie or wrap y'see.
And I have a silly tummy.

TooTshooT · 06/06/2008 18:14

Franny, my dinosaurs are really struggling here. I do love your title honestly and I'm sure you are clever enough to think up another one just as good

TooTshooT · 06/06/2008 18:15

Fine, have it your way. I'll just fill this one up singlehanded.

TooTshooT · 06/06/2008 18:16

Seriously, where are you all? Are you just sitting there refreshing and sniggering?

TooTshooT · 06/06/2008 18:18

Look! Look over there, quick! That is a huge loofah!

anotherRaspberry · 06/06/2008 18:18

Hello. It is raining.

This morning I had a little peak and realised there are plants growing in our gutters. With roots .

I think this needs to be addressed.

How are your gutters Franny?

anotherRaspberry · 06/06/2008 18:18

Peek rather than peak.

I peak at 5 foot 4. Boom boom

fullmoonfiend · 06/06/2008 18:21

oh yes please TooT, sounds lovely! Lord knows, I need to break away from Green which has overtaken my wardrobe in a bid by to escape from the Black which preceeded it...

fullmoonfiend · 06/06/2008 18:21

I like sarongs as they enable me to walk from riverbank to river to swim without subjecting my middleaged saggy arse to the scrutiny of sneery teenagers.

FrannyandZucchini · 06/06/2008 18:40

"warm rust with black lizards"

Have decided to have ''Don't stop me now'' played at my funeral, with my ashes being incorporated into a firework to be released....whoooooosh! at the bit where it goes
''I'm a rocket ship on my way to Mars
On a collision course
I am a satellite I'm out of control
I am a sex machine ready to reload
Like an atom bomb about to
Oh oh oh oh oh explode!''

Not that I've thought about it at all. Not one bit....
