For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Can I tell postive SPD recovery stories?

Got very rather painful during pregnancy but didn't need crutches or wheelchair or anything.

Had forceps when DS was born (not ideal obviously) and then sewn back together in theatre (also not ideal) with my legs like this -- ...but within a week or two after DS was born I could do everything I had been able to before.

Am still thinking about TooT and her DS2.

Boco · 29/04/2008 14:53

Avi is there a connection between the apple and your sticky eyes?

I even dreamed about Toots ds's eye problem last night. Where is she?

And then there's UR's sore eyes, what's going on with all the eyes?

Oh yes. Well that makes much more sense. Good. I really was worrying about your apple eating technique.

stuffitllama · 29/04/2008 16:08

no news from Toot?

Everything alright t i g e r ?

UR are you run down and stressed? the excema sounds very scary indeed

not much good on the f and v, lots of olives though
and have had rubbish stressful day on my knees to teachers
the new school want so much paper work and the teachers are having to do special reports at 12 hours notice
many emails, tearful phone calls with dh and running around
this is such short notice for a move it's crap

however, that's it, no more whinging
except my littlest says he doesn't like me being so disorganised

ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 16:43

Where is TooT then? Hope ds is ok Toot.

Fullmoonfiend · 29/04/2008 17:11

have emailed Toot yesterday but no reply yet

ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 17:17

Oh dear. It's all a bit worrying isn't it? Perhaps I should go up to RUH and look for her?

So. When you all met Boco for tea and things - could you hear what she said? Does she squeak when she speaks?

Fullmoonfiend · 29/04/2008 17:18

Perhaps she's still lorst in the big city? [hopeful. As preferable to bad news]

ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 17:18

Hmm.

I could go and look around the car park?

Boco · 29/04/2008 17:20

It's that booming 100x again.

Maybe Toots just has computer problems - she's always saying it's on its last legs.

ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 17:23

Hey, I've just thought. Maybe TooTs has computer problems, she's always saying it's on its last legs.

FMF - did you hear anything just then? Like a, I don't quite know what sort of noise.

ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 17:25

I'll stop now. Sorry.

Funnily enough a women has just rung about a cottage - and she had a REALLY quiet voice.

Boco · 29/04/2008 17:27

The Yurt seems to have been pitched on the Heathrow flight path - what is that rumbling roar?

See, actually I'm no good at this. My sister was always so much better, she could reduce me to throwing things with just the angle of her eyebrow. She used to have this way of saying 'oh shut up Boco' - see I'm gnawing the keyboard now!

Boco · 29/04/2008 17:28

100 I just know you have one of those eyebrows.

ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 17:30

lol. Yes, I think I probably do.

I'll stop. It is very funny though. I like you on the other thread saying 'no, no, I DO talk, it's just like butterflymcqueen that's all, she said she has a soft voice too, didn't she? you all heard her, she said it too, so ner'

Fullmoonfiend · 29/04/2008 17:30

oh yes, she will!!

100 I will not be mean to Boco, she knows too much....

Boco · 29/04/2008 17:33

No no I just meant that she explained it better - it being a pitch thing that doesn't carry very well, rather than a meeky thing. Not that she has it too...STOP MAKING ME EXPLAIN myself!

EVIL eyebrow.

ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 17:34

[raises evil eyebrow, smiles annoyingly]

Boco · 29/04/2008 17:34
ahundredtimes · 29/04/2008 17:36

If you want to hurt me you'll have to hit harder than that.

[grabs Boco's wrist mid-air and watches her grow red with rage]

Actually I was the youngest of four, I never did this at all. My brother used to sit on me and spit on my face. I am just acting out this childhood traumas with you. You know like how the bullied become bullies. Am off to make pizza.

zippitippitoes · 29/04/2008 17:39

zippitippitoes · 29/04/2008 17:40

i read a review of the B&B on ciao after i booked the campsite

it said there are shackles above the bed but they are too small for wrists so you will have to take your own rope and improvise
