For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:30

I donlt know what colour I am - I think it might be black or a depp bluey purple black.

berolina · 03/05/2008 21:30

LOL Boco at creak and whistle and shuffle off

What's my colour BBBee?

I would like to 'do' a bit more with colour here. But we won't be living hre all that long (another 2 years, I should think), will have to paint it when we leave, and I can't face the hassle of having to paint over intense colours (it is currently white everywhere, apart from pale yellow in the bedroom) or, horror of horrors, re-woodchip it. The white actually works quite well here. The floorboards are painted magnolia. I really want stripped ones, but for the length of time we'll be here it's just not worth doing them ourselves, and our landlords are too tight lazy economical with time and energy.

IdrisTheDragon · 03/05/2008 21:30

Charlotte Grey is on the television.

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:31

bero - i think you are a lilac colour. Not purple though, more subtle. Lilac is the cloest I can get.

berolina · 03/05/2008 21:33

really? My favourite colours are deep reds, but I'm probably not a strong enough personality to be red iyswim. So you might be right.

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:33

I was going to watch charlotte gray but then I was thinking i didn;t like the book so why shoudl i like the film. Then she went on a train on the same bridge as harry potter and it got all weird adn then she had a angular face and i was jealous and then i got bored.

is it good?

has she shaggeed dumbledore yet?

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:34

yes. but not being deep red is about approach rather than strength. Your aproach is more lilac IYSWIM - which I am very sure you don;t!

IdrisTheDragon · 03/05/2008 21:35

We have watched it various times before. We never manage the whole film. She has landed in France.

IdrisTheDragon · 03/05/2008 21:35

I think I might be pink. Definitely not orange though - glad you moved away from that

pinkspottywellies · 03/05/2008 21:37

Well that's a nice way of being yellow I suppose. As long as I don't have to wear it cause I don't suit yellow. And I don't really like it [grumpy] (not so yellow now am I?!)

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:37

are you happy with being pink - i don't think you are pink - you might be yellow. Not orange? are you sure? you are tricky. Peach?

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:38

no psw you don;t wear it you are it - like glowy it. I am very sure about you.

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:38

I have not seen or read Charlotte Gray. I should do to the gym really.

berolina · 03/05/2008 21:38

I do think I swym actually. I don't actually go about things in a deep red way, usually.

TooTicky · 03/05/2008 21:39

Have swooshed dd2 and dd2, brushed small teeth, put mug pic on my profile (visible to MN mates, let me know if you are a regular 10/10er who is not yet a named mate) and read the bit of thread I missed over Mon/Tues. God you lot are so so lovely!!! All that love and concern and little bowls of nuts and chocolate and things

IdrisTheDragon · 03/05/2008 21:39

I think I shift around a bit. Can I be rainbow coloured I wonder?

pinkspottywellies · 03/05/2008 21:40

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:41

TooTicky · 03/05/2008 21:41

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:42
