For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

TooT I have realised you are exactly 20 days younger than me. That means you were 8 days off being 30 years older exactly than DD who was born when I was 30 years and 12 days old.

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:17

I do like a bit of bonkers in my bonkers.

not bruce franny - oh no. Not someone who shows his shoulders by cutting off the sleeves of his demin jackets and doing that pose. The sex would be all posey - he would punch the air and shout U-S-A when he came.

No.

IdrisTheDragon · 03/05/2008 21:18

100x I hope it is not as vivid as when DH mistakenly painted the living room walls orange. I still have no idea why it happened (they went back to magnolia very soon afterwards).

It was rather like I think being inside a tangerine would be.

stuffitllama · 03/05/2008 21:18

stuffitllama · 03/05/2008 21:19

missed all the Bob Dylan stuff but it's not a big miss for me
I like Bruce despite everything

Boco · 03/05/2008 21:19

He doesn't winge!
Listen to Infadels fgs

100x I loved that card thing - we should only communicate through that, with everyone.

100x and Franny have this smell thing in common then - 100x had a good sniff of the au pair in the interview, franny goes around smelling men's dressing gowns. Is peculiar but, you know, fine I guess.

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:20

lol @ sex with Bruce!

Franny, I'd have agreed with you a few years ago. I think Dylan may be something of an acquired taste. Perhaps you are not sophisticated enough?

What colour is it 100?

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:20

no Bruce would be quite sensitive i think
I expect he would do that stroking thing that upsets Boco

what kind of intense 100? I suspect you would not like my living room
or my kitchen

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:22

I am not in the least bit sophisticated
I am slightly ashamed that i can't like Bob Dylan, but, you know, I have tried, and I feel I am among friends now, so I am not going to pretend

In our first house we went a bit ott with colour having lived in a magnolia student house for 2 years. We had royal blue, purple, green, pink, yellow and blue. All in different rooms, you understand. Not just a huge multicoloured paint bomb. But definitely not neutral or calming!

Boco · 03/05/2008 21:23

Would she like the Egyptian bathroom though?

Actually the punching the air and shouting USA at climax scores Bruce a point there I think, that sounds quite good. Enthusiasm, it's a winner. Bob would probably creak and whistle and shuffle off.

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:24

100 is blue
boco is white
franny is red
toot is purple
carrot is green
pink is yelloe
toot is purple
Fk is violet ( a blue/purple thing)

I could go one but it is aura ramble...

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:25

NO - the punching the air is completely self obsessed - entusiamn for himself not you.

He would not stoke either.

stuffitllama · 03/05/2008 21:25

i'm blue too then ....

IdrisTheDragon · 03/05/2008 21:26

What am I please BBbee?

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:26

NO!

stuffit - you are yellow - you know you are, not blue, very not blue.

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:27

idris - you perplex me - I think you are either pink, green or orange. I think orange.

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:27

no idris is pink.

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:27

Why do people have colours?

pinkspottywellies · 03/05/2008 21:27

Yellow? YELLOW? Why am I yellow?

stuffitllama · 03/05/2008 21:28

like this?
bbbee you are yellow too
with black stripes

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:29

UR - I don't know but they do.

pink - you are yellow in a sunny optomistic way. and a glowing way. you are a bit like the sun I think.
