For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Yes, Toots - post pic on here so I can see it

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:06

I'm watching a Bob Dylan documentary. I forget how much I love him. Which is odd because my ex was a huuuge fan and I couldn't stand his music when we were together.

Boco · 03/05/2008 21:07

I love Bob Dylan very much.

MrsC in for only 4 days I think.

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:08

LOL I am like that about Bruce Springsteen
I don't really love him but I can appreciate some stuff now (especially acoustic stuff) and loathed him when living with Bruce Springsteen freak

Bruce always looks like he'd smell a bit ripe.

pinkspottywellies · 03/05/2008 21:10

Didn't you see your kisses when you back from hospital TooT? We were so worried when we didn't hear from you so we left carpets of kisses everywhere for when you got back. Someone left olive bread and everything!!

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:10

that's a bad thing, is it?

hmm
I think I like slight ripeness
it is perfume I have a problem with

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:10

TooT we did, but I think someone hoovered them up

GA can make you feel terrible, emotionally, for a good couple of days. And I suppose the more anaesthetic the longer it takes to work it's way through

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:12

looks alright to me

BBBee · 03/05/2008 21:12

rather bob than bruce.

what pic?

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:12

@ slight ripeness

Boco · 03/05/2008 21:12

I find it problematic. Ripe man sweat isn't my favourite. And also bandanas, they're not good. If he could have a wash and take off his bandana and stop the driving rock he'd be fine.

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:13

I'm with you Bee.

The problem is that in all the footage, he is smoking and it's making me want one too.

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:13

grumpy
and probably whiffy

FrayedKnot · 03/05/2008 21:14

I have a soft spot for Bob.

I could walk straight past Bruce, bandana or not.

pinkspottywellies · 03/05/2008 21:14

That's quite a lot to change Boco. Perhaps just pick someone else?!

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:15

sorry I like ripe man sweat quite a lot
if it is fresh and the man is healthy and all that
I once had a thing about the dressing gown of a housemate of a friend of mine
good lord it did smell nice

Pongo a la Wrongo

I saw Bob in concert. He was a bit old and bonkers.

IdrisTheDragon · 03/05/2008 21:15

I like the mug

ahundredtimes · 03/05/2008 21:15

Oh MrsC. Oh MrsC. Oh I hope she feels better tomorrow. It is such a big thing to happen isn't it?

Boco do you remember that card with Bob moving the pages and you could write things on it? [happy sigh] That was good.

DH decided - somewhat impulsively - to paint dd's room. He and dd chose the paint It is on the walls. it is intense. [sits on hands, clamps mouth shut] I am nodding from the landing, and coming downstairs and doing secret annoyed frowning.

FrannyandZooey · 03/05/2008 21:15

I didn't go around sniffing it when he was out or anything
he used to walk past in it and I would be like a Bisto kid

UnderRated · 03/05/2008 21:15

Bob hasn't aged very well though. He's still fab. And preferable to Bruce. I expect Bob washes regularly. And wears strange hats rather than bandanas. And he's quite amusing too.

Boco · 03/05/2008 21:16

That makes me feel quite sick, the healthy man sweat versus unhealthy man sweat - can you diagnose illnesses through sweat odour then? [whimper]
