For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Hello all,

Oh wow, lovely neat bump Franny, not big at all, just right in fact.

100, dog group sounds v amusing, I can't wait until you shar the next installment.

Boco - falls when adult are awful, I think we forget how to go floppy so the impact is not great. I remember falling in the shower, after using oil in there, and feeling shaken and trembly for days

F&V Grapes, raisins and dates, pear, banana, leeks, hummous, satsumas, pear

You are a surprising person, Ms Zip

Does anyone know what the weather forecast is for the weekend?

It's not going to rain is it

FrannyandZooey · 19/03/2008 20:04

except for Monday

OP posts:
ladywombling · 19/03/2008 20:04

Oh FK, hello,

I am sorry, you will have to bite lip hard, the forecast is wet or snowy .

Boco · 19/03/2008 20:06

Franny it's grown a lot since we saw you only a few weeks ago - it's proper bump shaped - lovely.

I might start slipping the word Wolfie or maybe Wilfie in random places to do a bit of that subliminal thing.

zippitippitoes · 19/03/2008 20:06

weahter is going to be horrid for my walk was thinking of wearing my boarding trousers but i have asked on here if that is silly and a couple of people have answered and said yes

falling over as an adult is horrid

slipping on oil in the shower sounds awful as does throwing your child clear and bashing your lip

IdrisTheDragon · 19/03/2008 20:07

That is a lovely bump .

DD hasn't napped in the daytime for what feels like years. As she is only 2.6 (tomorrow ) this can't be the case, but it could well have been for one year.

I don't have a mooncup but I do have reusable sanitary towels. So I may be all right .

Why does bedtime take so long. It wasn't even that long this evening, just quite wearing.

Boco · 19/03/2008 20:07

I heard snow for this weekend too. And icy and very cold.

zippitippitoes · 19/03/2008 20:07

4 of july could name him after an american president what about teddy or franklyn

FrannyandZooey · 19/03/2008 20:07

not Wilfie PLEASE
zippi what are boarding trousers? are they like for skateboarding? or boarding a plane?

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 19/03/2008 20:08

Idris can I ask about reusable thingies
could you use them after birth or would it be awful? I am dreading having to use something other than mooncup tbh

OP posts:
zippitippitoes · 19/03/2008 20:09
