For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Ooo, thanks Boco. A poem would be lovely too

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 21:01

errrrrrrrrr I hate hair
he was shirtless a lot in that film...didn't notice fuzz tbh

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 21:06

I am sorry you are Bee

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 21:06

Ds is coughing his heart out next door
poor little chap

FrannyandZooey · 18/03/2008 21:10

Bee sorry you are sad. Do you get someone nice to debrief to?
I don't think we did spoilers of the film, well maybe a little bit. Nothing dreadful

I like weak tea with too much milk in

and I wasn't naughty at brownies or anything, I was just a bit rubbish at it. I used to forget the bits of string and things and when you had to play running games to see who could get on the chair first I would stop and let the others get there because it was rude to push.
I don't know why I was so poor at it, I would be BRILLIANT now. I do lists and plans and I pack in advance and I don't forget things and I am KEEN and enthusiastic and kind of politely but insistently pushing

I have never eaten angel delight. Is it nice? Is it vegetarian?

Good evening lovelies

MrsC it's good you have an appointment on Friday, I am thinking of you

Filthy hello! (if you haven't gone)

We have a microwave, used for heating milk for hot chocolate and jacket potatoes. And we have complex surname issues. I don't think I could change my name - not that I particularly love my surname, but it is me and I just cant change it. Dp has his own name and ds has both. I often wonder if we have done the right thing with that... there just didn't seem to be any other way. I hope he won't feel lumbered with it.

Avi we have a like-a-bike thingy (different make) for ds. He hasn't really grown into it yet so I can't say much more, but I have seen loads of kids scooting around on them and they look great.

I also wouldn't say no to films anyone wants to send my way... I am another who can't get to the cinema easily.

Tatties · 18/03/2008 21:15

I never fancied Brownies, was never encouraged to go

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 21:16

angel delight is not delightful at all
we used to have it for pudding EVERY night
vile stuff

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 21:17

I have never fancied brownies either
or hairy men

FrannyandZooey · 18/03/2008 21:17

well I feel deprived
why have I never had it?
tbh it doesn't madly appeal
I imagine the texture might be either:

squeaky

or

foamy

OP posts:
lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 21:20

sqeaky foamy claggy plasticky yuck

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 21:20

i lie..we had artic roll too

Tatties · 18/03/2008 21:21

I'd say it's more foamy

FrannyandZooey · 18/03/2008 21:23

oh claggy is a good word
I do like wet food generally
but this does not appeal

RosemaryBoxer · 18/03/2008 21:37

i quite like hairy men

at risk of sounding like i am obsessed

he is rather artistically hairy

like where you would aqctually want it

Boco · 18/03/2008 21:39

It's funny Lully because you grew up on angel delight and now you make your own amazing sounding vegetarian sushi before midday. And I grew up eating black eyed bean stew with walnuts, and I love nothing more than a big bowl of butterscotch angel delight.

I'd be really doing my dds a big favour if i just gave them findus crispy pancakes and let them flourish into wholefood beauties when they're grown up.

FrannyandZooey · 18/03/2008 21:40

I don't think I got my 10 in the end
I did quite well though
can I have half a sticker? or can I share one with someone?
