For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Once

Sweet film.

MrsCarrot · 18/03/2008 19:50

Yes, I am pleased but also feel sick. I was told to write down any questions as my mind may go blank.

Was it Harvey Keitel? She wet herself in the desert I remember that.

Oh GOOD MrsC, Friday much much better - just enough time to get all the questions straight in your head and not a horrid long wait.

I love Once

The Darjeeling thing needed to be concentrated on and I was busy doing other things so I am not sure if it was good. I felt it was a bit depressing, but I found the Royal Tenenbaums depressing too and everyone else liked it. I am not a good film critic.

My dog was asked to leave training classes because he couldn't behave

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 19:57

Dh bought me Atonement & Stardust the other day...havn't watched either.Did watch the Holiday the other night tho as somebodies Love film dvd came here by accident .Jude law was v sweet in it & I dont usually like him at all.

have had a huge bung in everything salad & bowl of fruit salad to make up for shameful cake & carb eating.

ahundredtimes · 18/03/2008 19:57

Oh yes Being John M. Look forward to your report.

Right. I am going to practice my best polite smile. My Volcano project is VERY GOOD. I am hoping for another Head Teacher Award.

Avi - I thought the same as Franny. I can't think how many times I have said things I wish I hadn't and got wound up. Nor how many times I have visted at night and kissed their cheeks in the darkness and wondered what on earth irritated me so much.

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 19:57

ooooh I love being John M

MrsCarrot · 18/03/2008 19:58

was mono princess the one with the wormy boar and the cute forest sprites?

lullabyloo · 18/03/2008 19:59

wormy boar?

ahundredtimes · 18/03/2008 19:59

Am that you can be asked to leave. I didn't know that. Oh god, how awful. I shall have stern words with JJ before we go in, and possibly offer a bribe and a star chart?

FrannyandZooey · 18/03/2008 20:00

Hasn't Jude Law got unfeasibly HAIRY ARMS Lully? Did it show his HAIRY HANDS and arms in that film?

yes, LL, there was a demon boar that seemed to erupt with maggots. I didn't let DD watch it.

FrannyandZooey · 18/03/2008 20:01
