For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

You're on a roll, BBBee!

I am going to talk to the school about scholarships but other than that, there is no other way. It is expensive, isn't it?

But far cheaper than doing a masters, which was $40,000 per year

TooTicky · 16/03/2008 23:29

UR, that is scary money

It really is nearly Easter isn't it? Seems to have snuck up on me somewhat.

I like both of those possibilities

UnderRated · 16/03/2008 23:36

Hello, Idris. I'm hopeless at names but Tooticky seems to have it covered!

IdrisTheDragon · 16/03/2008 23:38

What time is it for you at the moment?

IdrisTheDragon · 16/03/2008 23:39

It is past bedtime but as I don't have to be at work so early tomorrow as we are moving buildings and can't be there until 1.5 hours later than when I normally start, I am feeling it is OK to still be up.

Also had a long nap this afternoon so am not really tired at the moment. Should go to bed though.

UnderRated · 17/03/2008 00:20

Moving buildings sounds messy, Idris. I don't like having to move offices.

I'm 5 hrs behind you at the moment so it's a bit past 7. I'm watching crap TV, which I never usually do but am bored. Should read or something instead...
