For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

Bee, if you are still here, can I be pitiful and pathetic?

ladywombling · 15/03/2008 22:38

Stop it with the witchiness Fran, so not true, and Bee, you do not have big nose, or chin, just a very lovely one from what I remember.

BBBee · 15/03/2008 22:40

oh tooty please do.

franny you are a fairy not a witch. Actually if I painted my face green I could be that withc in the wizard of oz and boco can do a drawing of me smoking a pipe.

UnderRated · 15/03/2008 22:40

Why do you need to be pitiful and pathetic, Toots? Are you ok?

I am of the big nose brigade. My Dad says it is my Polish genes.

I looked on Franny's thread too in search of her DS's name but too many posts now.

FrannyandZooey · 15/03/2008 22:42

I'm being summoned upstairs

I hope you are ok TooT

I only alluded to ds's name on the other thread

TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:42

Bee, I just wondered, in a skint kind of way, whether you have any size 11ish boy trainers lurking unloved and unwanted...would pay postage....

OP posts:
TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:43

It's just that money and all is so utterly crap and things llike growing feet become crises.

BBBee · 15/03/2008 22:43

good timing toot - will go and check charity shop bag....

Boco · 15/03/2008 22:44

I think I have solved the name dilemma and named the baby. [business like]

Franny you weirdo you're not witchy, you're smooth.

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 22:48

TooT - I am fairly certain THAT I DO have size 11, or might be 11.5 even DS2 has just grown out of them. I will check and report back tomorrow. I might even have two pairs.

BBBee · 15/03/2008 22:48

I have a pair of black puma trainers size ten and two pairs of white addidas football boots size 11 - any good?

TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:49

Bless you 100x

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 22:49

Oh god, it's so late and I haven't done anything proper like watch the Mr Men or empty the dishwasher.

[determined]

Am off now. I will come back to you tomorrow TooT.

TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:50

Bee, ds2 vis definitely beyond a 10 and doesn't play football but thank you for looking

OP posts:
TooTicky · 15/03/2008 22:50

Why is 100x watching Mr Men?

UnderRated · 15/03/2008 22:53

So, what are you naming Franny's baby, Boco?

Boco · 15/03/2008 22:58

He should be called Wolfie. Isn't it wonderful?

Wolfie.

BBBee · 15/03/2008 22:59

no boco - I have decided he should be mika - if only there wasn;t that singer mika it would be so unusual and perfect.

Boco · 15/03/2008 23:00

No Bee, no. Mika is bad. It's like Meeker. Meeker than what? And like that creature from the muppets with a long head.

BBBee · 15/03/2008 23:03

but he can't be wolfie because then he would end up a super hero or something.

Blaze?

UnderRated · 15/03/2008 23:05

No, not Blaze. Wolfie is cool.

Why is BBBee making sex jokes on Franny's name thread?

Boco · 15/03/2008 23:05

Shall I tell you a pointless story?

Yesterday I took dds to have their hair cut. DD1 has very long very straight hair. The hair dresser was half way through and she said 'I'm really sorry, this is so embarrassing, but I have a migraine and can't see, i have to go'. So, someone else - a young girl came, and said she'd finish off. This morning when I combed it I realised that it looked like it had been cut with shears, but a drunk person, was so wonky, whole chunks were really long, others really short, complete mess. My mum had to take her back today and they had to spend ages getting it right and it's about 3 inches shorter.

Its actually quite a dull story.

Boco · 15/03/2008 23:06

UR glad you agree, about Wolfie.

Bee is a pervert.

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 23:07

Right TooT I decided to be determined about the shoes, in case I forgot and then I'd have felt terrible.

I have one pair of blue trainers which are an 11.5 G and another white pair which are a 12G. They have stupidly wide feet my dcs, so they shouldn't rub. I may also have ver cool pair of brown Geox too - it says a 32 (not sure what that is?) but need to check them on ds2 tomorrow. He tends to inherit ds1's trainers.

Howz about that then? If you want please email me your address. I know you've done this before, I always wipe my emails and never write down things.

ahundredtimes · 15/03/2008 23:09

Also have a pair of brown suede girl boots size 10 I think. Also yours if they will fit dd. We have small feet here.
