For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

much better thanks, Avi, but I developed a bit of anxiety about it, terrified of getting it like that again and keep scrutinising for red marks

I'm going to watch the Jamie programme. I've just watched a programme about debt. Over 100k on credit cards

Oh ToooooooT. Your turn on Scrabble!

The programme about the raw foodies tried to make them look a bit barking IMO.

FrannyandZooey · 11/01/2008 20:56

"Ooh, he's lovely Zippi

Hello everyone

How are you all? I have been continuing my de-clutering today, going through ds's baby clothes and have managed to part with at least half of it. (Anyone needing anything??) The hilarious thing is dp (who keeps going on about not wanting more children) going all gooey and sentimental about the stuff and saying, "well, you never know..."

FrannyandZooey · 11/01/2008 21:07

Tatties!

ZippiBabes · 11/01/2008 21:10

I have just switched on C4. Oooh dear

Do you need any baby clothes? You probably kept all ds's things did you? Let me know if there's anything you are short of and I'll see what I have.

MrsCarrot · 11/01/2008 21:20

Hello!

'tis weekend and I am back (thank god!) how are you my lovely 10/10ers?

I left home at 4.30am and got in at 9pm BUT i had the most fab day - I learnt this technique about getting children to draw their family and interpreting it and it was wonderful. In fact I thought of you (esp. franny, toot, boc and 100) as it displayed things about family relations and - oh!!!

i wish I could convey it on here but I can;t!

Any news on LL? How is she??

pinkspottywellies · 11/01/2008 22:36

Hi BBB! Loooong day. Sounds interesting though! What is your course? Sorry I'm sure you've told before but I can't remember
