For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

glosticks we used those once to do some kind of performance a t abbq on a flotilla holiday made them fly up to the past as the climax of the performance was rather good..and my idea

Haven't seen the film but I don't watch anything remotely scary.

it's a marvel comic film..so not scary as such but having this surround sound makes the flor thump all the time

the boys are coming back today, yay. I must admit it was very peaceful indeed being here on my own, plus it is SO EASY to keep a house clean and tidy when there is just you in it, I have no idea why I ever found it difficult in the past

spoke to ds this morning who says he has been given a game where green slime comes out of a man's head. That'll be nice, then. Green slime coming out of heads is always my first thought when buying for delightful 4 year olds

because I have just had one the same and they are a bit perfumey I agree

they should be really aoft with almost orangey flesh but it is impossible to get them to ripen atm
