For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page

MrsC, I'm glad you're Mrs C again

Sis has just moved house but I don't know where really. I think it's just outside Norwich - a bit suburb-y. I visited her in her last house. I like Norwich.

Franny I thought you didn't seem yourself earlier. Of course you need rest. It's terrible when you keep going without a break and then suddenly it all gets too much.

My accent... it's quite neutral I think. Various different influences, I don't know if you would be able to tell where I'm from.

I've just thought, I think a significant number of us will be pre-menstrual at the meet up

Lullabyloo · 20/10/2007 22:18

fullmoonfiend · 20/10/2007 22:24

franny i have emailed you.
Been to Bugger King today for friend's child's birthday after swimming. Enjoyed it all too much. Came home and made pumpkin soup as an antedote

I have fairly neutral accent with flat vowels when I am feeling northern. Am a terrible sponge for accents too. Hate my voice as it makes me sound 12.

fullmoonfiend · 20/10/2007 22:26

Avi, what did you mean earlier when you asked me what it was all about??

FrannyandZooey · 20/10/2007 22:27

Avi I love it, but you know as fairly visible lentilly types, we got bought a shed load of wooden cutting vegetables when ds was 2. I suspect they may have them. I am fixated on teaset. Suppose I should check with her if they have some.

FMF thanks, will check it

Ah no, I am totally out of sync I think..I have sent Aunt Flo packing already this month..

I love the birthday cake

I am hopeless with picking up other people's accents. It's terribly embarrassing. I was training someone the other day who is Australian and I'm sure the other people there were looking at me like this
